Wow. An experience like none other. A friend referred me here to get flowers for an important ceremony. The florist on staff is amazing. It is clear she takes pride and care and what she does. Her memory will make you feel like youre the only customer who has ever shopped there. Then I went over to the bakery section. The two men there were awesome. They were kind, nice, and funny. It made shopping for this important and seemingly stressful experience calming and enjoyable. They even cracked a few jokes to make me laugh. I then went to check out with a woman named Daisy, and a bagger name Charles. Love these two have for life was evident. I know its just the shopping experience to get a few things but I left there so happy and glad that I went that I stopped at the customer service counter to let them know that I will be writing this review and posting photos. I hope that this makes you want to stop in and experience this place as much as I had going there.

This is the nicest Publix I have ever seen. Every Publix I have been to has been clean and has great deals and a friendly staff. This Publix is over the top. It has a feel like they are trying to compete with whole foods. Theres an espresso bar up front with gelato! The end caps and check out shelves are full of healthy items as well. You can find fresh veggies and healthier drinks there whereas other supermarkets typically stock up on the junk food only in those places. They have great displays here and the bakery was full of great looking bread. Ill try to shop here if I have time after work.

The pharmacy employees are ALWAYS rude & if you have medication questions theyll look at you like youre crazy. Ive had bad experiences with almost every department. Deli people are pretty crabby 99% of the time & Ive had to walk away from cashiers a few times too. I hate shopping here but hate wal mart even more & the britton plaza one too many people know me ( I used to work there) I would rather go there but the manager is a douche so I dont have a choice. But gandy publix sucks.

I always shop at this Publix as it is the closest location to my home. It is always clean and though it can get pretty busy the employees move pretty fast. The customer service here is great! I would like to highlight Garry, he was a manager on duty one evening I was in the store and they did not have an item I was looking for. He went above and beyond with superior customer service. Thank you Garry you saved the day!

...And it hasnt changed one bit either! I love the layout and cleanliness of the store, as well as the superb level of customer service. My family has been very pleased with the bakery service for more than a decade and the deli and meat services are also wonderful. I would recommend anyone living in South Tampa/MacDill to visit this Publix location for all your grocery needs!

This is a primo Publix. It is gigantic with lanes you can actually walk down without a traffic jam of carts. The parking lot is shared with a Starbucks and a Target which really sweetens the benefit of shopping at this location. They also serve gelato by the cup or cone. Most of all they have lots lanes and it is easy to get in and out quickly any time of day.

Deli workers who are so slow and complacent youd do better waiting for another grocery store to be built across the road. I watched one literally take 5 minutes to apply BBQ sauce to chicken for one sandwich. Nothing was ready...none of the dinner sides...they basically could care less

I love this store. Unlike the Neptunes Gandy, where parking is a nightmare, it is smaller and more intimate and has better parking lot layout. It has the full range of groceries. People are nice. Its crowded all the time since Albertsons closed, but well worth the shopping. ME

I bought your pre made stuffed peppers which Ive had before and were delicious. But was sorely disappointed after I cut into them after cooking them to find the peppers still filled with seeds. Its not hard to rinse a pepper before you stuff it with meat.

Its good to know that some people still care about customer service! I went to get some sushi for lunch today and an employee came out to make sure I found everything I needed and understood their packaging etc. Wonderful service, especially for a deli!

Employees are not very friendly. Cashiers have double charged me for items on numerous visits. Its not fun to finish shopping just to turn around and wait in the Customer Service line because someone made a mistake. I prefer the other surrounding stores.

This is the best Publix I have ever been to in Tampa. All the employees are very respectful and very helpful. This Publix has everything you need. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area. This place rocks!!!
