Desafortunadamente he tenido una experiencia insólita. Me trasladé hacia allí por la buena presentaciones y variedad de ofertas. Y ..... He quedado flipando cuando después de estar siendo atendida por empleada y tener producto seleccionados ya a realizar pago; ni presta ni perezosa viene otra chavala y tranquilamente toma una barra de pan; dos de mi pedido y se lo ubica a su cliente; uffffff lo nunca visto en el mundo; el irespeto mayor; inaudito e inverosímil a un cliente. No se conoce la ética? No existe minima educación? Cuánto repereute estos hechos para cualquier comercio que se respetez; máxime estando en América. Que imagen me llevo tan desagradable e irritable. Y para colmo antes de despedir me le refiero que es una acción incorrecta y el cliente pretende justificar la y se comporta irrespetuoso. Dónde ha quedado el buen prestigio por camaradería y buena educación de los cubanos. Hasta dónde el deterioro de los valores éticos en estas nuevas generaciones?. En todo centro comercial; de gastronomía u cualquiera de las ramas; dede trabajar se para un único objetivo: satisfacer al cliente. Gracias

The best bakery in Tampa but the only problem is first come first served and always there is problems with people who want to have short cuts..make suggestions and no one cares about it ..thats why the 3 stars and have 200 friends that can do the same rate. .la mejor panaderia en tampa pero el problema es que no usan sistema de numeros para controlar el turno del cliente y muchas veces vienen gente sin modales ni decencia a colarse en frente de los que llegaron antes..se hiso sugestion pero sin resultados..ademas hay una empleada un poco ruda.

Delicioso pan fresco y muy sabroso lo único malo es su personal que te trata de mal modo será que no les dan capacitación para atender la clientela muy mal el cliente es importante siempre debemos atenderlo con una sonrisa un buenos días tardes según sea el caso y decir siempre las palabras mágicas por favor y gracias antes tenían unas chicas muy amables y educadas que pasó con,ellas

Ive been ordering birthday cake here for 15 years 6 cake or more a year. in the past few years they have been progressively getting worse. ordered 2 cakes this month asked for them to have syrup on the cake to moisten it something thats been done on every cake in the past. not a drop of syrup on either cake. I usually order the cake with a layer of pineapple and one of coconut filling. they charge $10.00 extra for the coconut filling if you do 2 layers do you think theyd half the price for 1 layer ? no they dont. and no credit for the other fillings not being used. such a disappointment. they used to have a really good bakery chef that worked for them. ever since he gone its been downhill. dont think ill buy another cake from them aging.

My wife works with several Cubans who raved about this place. We went there for my birthday cake and I had the coffee while shopping..it was so amazingly good..strong and sweet. As we were looking they came out of the back with freshly baked cuban bread so we grabbed a loaf along with our cake and some other sweets. Sooo delicious! They use real custard for their eclairs (they dont call them that but I dont remember the name) and we are going back now for goodies for a party next week. Wonderful people, very helpful and friendly

Delicious !!! Great selection of Latin pastries, sandwiches, etc. Friendly staff makes you feel welcomed and part of the family. They appreciate good manners and patience but If you are in a hurry I would recommend ordering ahead to avoid prolonged waiting times. Especially during rush hours. I catered a couple of weddings and anniversaries and used some of their products to everyones delight. Will continue doing business with them.

We went there and ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 can sodas and we were charged $38. We asked how much was everything and she rolled her eyes and asked do we have a problem with the amount. We just paid and left. I got home and there was barley any onions on my steak, no mayonnaise and the fries fell out the sandwich because both sides of the sandwich was cut. We will never return. Horrible service! Mediocre food! OVER PRICED!!

this place is not as good as everyone says it is i brought few pasteries from here 2 donuts terimisu cake delce de leche and a cannoli and there all nasty and dry did not taste good i rather have the dulce de leche cake of publix thats says alot im from ny so this is nothing tasty i would not come here again and the lady who helped me looked like she has a bad attitude very rude

Came to this place twice during my visit. First time the parking lot was too packed and I couldnt find a space. Second day I had much better luck. Absolutely great variety! Expectations met for sure! I had a different assortment of cakes, cookies and empanadas. Hard to find authentic Cuban foods where I live. When I come back to Tampa I am definitely visiting again.

Finally, we do not have to drive to Miami to enjoy great cuban coffee, cafe con leche, or freshly baked goods. I love the Napoleons (senoritas) made with real sweet custard, my favorite cake is the cappuchino and fruit cake. It does not just look good, but the taste is excellent with lots of moist cake inside. I definitely recommend this bakery!

I order four custom fish cakes for my sons 6th birthday. They did an amazing job. The are very nice and helpful, but beware it is super busy in there, so if you are rushed an in an hurry, recommend coming back. I will be going there for all my bakery needs.
