Kind of disappointed as this location is usually great, other than a few times where they mess up my order or dont pay attention to the special instructions section. Ordered a rapid pickup salad, it was on time but the salad was really blah. It was a chicken caesar salad and it just tasted like it was pre-made and sitting in the box for the entire day waiting for someone to order a salad to go. Also, i opted for the whole grain (or whole wheat, not sure) bread as a side for the first time since i usually get the french bread and I really regretted that. On the picture on the website where I selected the whole grain side, it looks like an actual loaf, so I thought itd be like a mini whole grain dinner roll. but no... It was literally 2 slices of whole grain bread! Like sandwich bread, why would I want that as a side?? ... I love panera, just bummed about this experience.

Food is always fresh and tastes good. Soups, salad, sandwiches, smoothies. Great lunch spot & their bagels are phenomenal for breakfast - or anytime! Service at this location is quick and fairly accommodating. Our friend is allergic to milk products & requested the dressing left off his salad for that reason but they slipped up & put I on. He wasnt able to eat it so he took it back to the counter and they gladly made another one. My favorite is their tomato soul and bread. Really inexpensive but yet still filling for me. And tasty!

This location never fails to leave off the chicken on my chicken tortellini alfredo. Went again with my fiance today and used the quick pick up. They put the completely wrong sandwich in our bag even though the outside tag has the right sandwich and a signature that it was checked. In a rush so didnt notice until we were back home. Not worth going back today or ever. Consistently receive the wrong food.

Convenient location, very clean, was not busy when I visited at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday. I like the fact the iced teas are all available for self refilling. Some Paneras have the green tea behind the cashier and you have to wait in line each time you want a refill (like the one on Dale Mabry and in Oldsmar). This one on Waters is set up right with self refilling!

I just dont understand. Ive been to this place SEVERAL times during my lunch break and without a doubt, they have messed up SOMETHING with my order every. single. time. Ive called and complained, Ive gone in and complained, Ive even called the corporate office. They DO NOT care and WILL NOT care. Unfortunate, because they have decent and healthy food.

Its so nice to have Panera at this location. It is a great place to meet - as a Real Estate Broker, I hold company training meetings with my Real Estate Agents here and Ive met several clients here when writing sales contracts. The menu is diverse, the offerings are healthy, and the bakery always beckons me before I go out the door.

Been curious about it, so my first time and i got there around mid afternoon, not many people, and i have learned that you have to be very specific on your order, but friendly staff, alot to look at if you have never been, i so recommend that you take your time ordering, have to think about it before i go back, but very healthy food

Every time I go through the drive through, something is missing. Today I bought a bowl of soup. Pulled off, no baguette. Crazy thing is on the receipt placed on the outside of the bag, evetything on the bag was double checked and initialed. Seems minor, but it has happend alot to me! At the waters location. I wont be going back.

Lunch place match interrupted between the bustle of work today. This afternoon I enjoy the delights of tomato soup and green tea freshness typical Panera. The prices are quite affordable, quick presentation and cleanliness is assured. Wait what quickly come here and enjoy your lunch at this place

First time eating here. First, the menu is extremely limited for a sandwich/salad place. No ham, no roast beef...Appears chicken or turkey seems to make up the majority of the menu. My soup was bland. My panini was mostly bread with very little meat or cheese. Would not eat here again.

Friendly cashier. Food prepper was courteous mixed up orders. Mine and friends ready same time. Had to exchange sides too. Asked for more dressing another prepper got right away however I didnt care for him just dropping the container down in my salad.

Delicious food, with fast and friendly service. They have quick kiosks now which let you order something without having to wait in line. The facility is clean and the location is in a busy area. Definitely worth enjoying a good hearty meal.

Ordered soup, waited 20 minutes, no soup. Took the electronic pager to the manager and complained. The soup had been ready for 19 minutes, no pager notification. Explanations for the problem were weak. Dont trust their pager system.

It took a while to get my bagel, because I ordered at the height of lunch hour. The crew was polite as well as efficient, however, especially considering how busy they appeared. And I got a very nice table right outside. Thank you!

I went for lunch with my boyfriend to this location and we had an issue with our order, the manager rosa took care of it and was very polite! Great location and excellent customer service. Would recommend to everyone

The customer service in this place is horrible. They are constantly out of bakery items, and the management needs to take an immediate course of customer service and management. I will never come here again.

If you are looking for a dark roast coffee, do not get it at this location. Generally watered down and no where close to a traditional dark roast. Great sandwiches, salads etc.
