Its really sad i have to give a lousy review on a new business. What you need you know from me might help you learn and understand that people dont order pastries and cupcakes that are overcooked and so dry that the cake part crumbles in your mouth. The times ive ever been here, everything is VERY VERY DRY AND OVERCOOKED. SURE, the dark color of the cheese danish and all of the amazing sortments look amazing in the case but, two bites in youll soo find out that the backer is only cooking them and not test tasting them when they crumle into a million peices into your mouth. The carrot-cupcakes we amazing moist but why can all the paistries be moist??? You will be out of business if you dont listen to complaints!!!!!

Went in to get something special for my husbands birthday..... staff was extremely nice and helpful with picking out a yummy treat. No picture, but I got him a carrot cake cupcake; said it was the best he ever had. We also purchased a gluten free chocolate with raspberry filling, a yellow cake with strawberry champagne filling; both with butter cream frosting. A note to remember, always allow them to come up to room temperature so the butter softens. So good!!! Made with top notch ingredients. Not your average bakery. Plus it was great to have some gluten free options. A must stop when in downtown St Pete.

Ive been to a lot of bakeries before, and trust me when you see my belly you will know this to be true. They not only have baked goods but they make excellent soup and sandwiches too. I wish I would have known about Sweet Magnolia Bakery before I got married, because I would have not wasted my time going to eight different other bakeries to do cake tasting. I would have just made the decision to get a cake with these good folks. Excellent customer service with a smile. I from here on out will buy all my baked goods including any family or friends birthday cakes. Absolutely to die for!!!

I love this new bakery, great location and style. My husband is British and he always complains that we dont have "real" bakeries here. He was impressed by the quality and made-from-scratch recipes. Love the soups and sandwiches. Perfect all in one stop for lunch, treats, birthday or wedding cakes and elegant desserts for your dinner party. We will definitely be back often.

Excellent Bakery, pleasant staff! I live in Westchase and stop by twice a week. Love the peanut butter cookies, Tiramisu, and Italian Wedding Cookies. Big fan of their their soups as well!

Cute shop. Husband had tiramisu and said it was dry. I had coconut macaroon and really liked it. Kids had ice cream and loved it. I will be coming back.
