This place is amazing. Whether or not you are in the mood for a hot lunch, soup, salad, or sandwich this is certainly the right place for you to go. It is nice and clean and the employees are simply wonderful. The International Cafe should definetely be on the schedule if you work or have to attend business downtown.

I had lunch here during the week on a Wednesday, but it was very busy being the week before Christmas. The food was very good and the portions large. I had breakfast food and there were lots of choices. The service was excellent. I would definitely visit again; especially since my hairdresser is right next door.

Hidden gem in Downtown Tampa. Surprisingly great food with generous portions for the price. Easily one of the best cheese steaks in Tampa. Cheese Burger Basket with Fries, Meatloaf, Reuben and Low Carb Chicken and Steak meals will keep you coming back for more. I-Cafe is definitely gets our Best of 813.

International Cafe sets the bar for foodies. Cuban sandwiches longer than your arm. Okay not that long but you get the picture. And every day they have a special freshly made hot meal. Gotta get it early before they run out though!

It was ok for a quick bite. Nothing special. Very polite and better than reasonably priced. Burger was a bit sloppy when it was put together, fries were tasty, but from the bottom of the bag, meaning all the small broken pieces.

Super great place to eat breakfast. They also serve lunch. Closed on weekends, at least at the times I was hungry. Low prices. Great, hot, fresh food. Cafe con leche was amazing. Hot, fluffy eggs. Super nice people.

I believe this is the cheapest place to eat downtown. They have a large menu and the owner is very nice and thoughtful. Its a cafe, so dont expect anything fancy.
