I use to frequent this location but not anymore. There have been a few occasions where I have come in and the employees are on their cell phones while taking orders, sitting on the counter etc. That I can deal with, as my food is always fresh. However after tonight, I will no longer go. One of the employees came out of the stall in the restroom and went right back in the kitchen without washing her hands. Wasnt sure if she was on shift as she had on a tank top, but it didnt matter as she went to the area where the food is prepared. That is not sanitary. I know there are a lot of things that we dont see behind the scenes, but I just cant go there anymore after seeing that Im sorry.

Service was really slow and the lady taking the order made me repeat what I wanted several times. After eating the food I felt really sick, it turned out to be a case of food poisoning...I know I am not allergic to anything I ordered because it is was the same kind of food I ordered at other fast food (burger and fries) so I know it was this place bad food! I cant force myself to go back because of the horrible experience. Honestly I should have known something was wrong because I never see this place busy and I drive in front of it everyday!!! I cant speak for the decor as I utilized the drive thru.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! I had to give 1 star to bad I couldnt rate no stars! I have to say this location has the Worst customer service skills I have ever encountered the night shift manager was extremely rude while telling me to have a good night while jerking closed the drive thru window after I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru because the dining room closed 30 minutes early on a Friday night because they were "short staffed!" Its not my problem Im a paying customer and I deserve RESPECT! I definitely will not be making a return visit!

Whoever designed the drive thru at this place is a genius. You can only fit one vehicle down at a time. So lets say its 8pm and you decide to swing by and get a quick bite, you just made a terrible decision. Youll find yourself still sitting in line 20 minutes later because there are two other vehicles behind you and one in front and no way of escaping. To top it all off they decide to enforce their late night meal deal rule of 9pm for the first time in the history of the franchise. Remember, there is no escape from this drive thru from hell.

NOT 24/7 unless you own car. I walked to this JITB from my motel only to find the doors locked, store hours (still...) posted as "open 24/7," with only the drive-thru open. Exhausted, starving and sweating me and my coworker were turned away and denied service/food. Furthermore cited as a "security concern" although their employee entrance (back door) was unlocked and propped halfway open. Talk about a fast food joint that truly shows its crack when it comes to the people its supposed to "serve" (not hurt).

If you get Ashley, which 99.9% of the time you will (youll know when placing your order because shell interrupt anything special youd like done by the typical drive thru questions) expect your order to be wrong, or missing items (straws, napkins, condiments youve specifically asked for) and for her to be over all unpleasant... youd think with the shut down of KIRBY in the area they would have weeded out the bad seeds, but this piece of works seems to be what the company values.

I see a few, Not so good, reviews here. Jack must have made some changes because the service is good, friendly. The food is always good. They might want to keep fresher buns in stock. Sometimes it seems like they are close to or past expiration date. But overall I am very satisfied eating here as well as the Jack on Poinsett Hwy. in Cherrydale.

I will never eat at this location, the employees are so disrespectful and not friendly. I had my food thrown at me and everything all over the place. Their lucky i didnt go off on them and throw a fit, becaise where im from you dont do that. They need to hire better employees, people who want to work......

Fourth time through the drive thru at this location and they can never get my order correct, no mustard no lettuce. Also drink was out of syrup so that wasnt cool. Will drive 5 min up the road to Taco Bell instead if need be.

First trip to a jack in the box in years. Its Sunday 11/6/16 lunch time. The lady working the counter is friendly and delivered my food to the table. The tacos look good and taste good. The dining room is clean.
