Food was just okay. Service was very likely the worst ive ever had. Was pleased when the wait on a Sunday at noon was only ten minutes-now I know why it was so short. Our order was taken right after we sat down and after thirty minutes of waiting, our waitress (who had been taking care of the people all around us the whole time) came over to tell us that she had not only forgotten to put our order in a half hour ago, but that she didnt even remember what we had. When she didnt mention that it would be on the house right then and there, we should have asked for the manager asap, although im not sure what good that would have done. After twenty more minutes of waiting, most of our lukewarm food arrived. However, my dads pancakes had AGAIN not even been put in for. The waitress then arrived with our check, and mentioned that shed taken off our drinks for our hour long wait. Seriously. We asked for the manager upon arriving at the counter to explain all that had happened and he replied with let me go ahead and take half off the bill for you. Im sorry, but am I completely ridiculous for thinking that its absurd he didnt take care of the whole bill? We were in the restaurant for an hour and a half, didnt even get our whole meal, and we still ended up paying. I will definitely not be returning, and will be spreading this message to all of my friends.

I love the food at la peeps. I have been several times, but the last two times have been very disappointing. I know this restaurant in our area is starting to get a bad name and I can tell you why. Something needs to be done so this restaurant can stay. The last time we went my husbands meal got messed up. Mistakes happen, no big deal. What upset me is the waitress came back and said the manager was going to charge us to fix it. First off it is not the waitress job to tell us anything, the manager should have come to the table and apologize and fix the problem. We didnt ask for anything free or a discount, just fix the error. Today we went back again. The manger greeted us at the door and was extremely rude. I got over it. We sat down and ate and while we were sitting two baby roaches were crawling on the wall. I killed one, could not reach the other one. I told the waiter about it. Again nothing from the manger. Why did they not apologize and say we are looking into this and will get someone out here asap. I know all restaurants have some issues, but we saw two roaches. That places needs to be sprayed asap. I would also highly recommend getting a new manger if you want this place to do well. Good services starts at the top, and she is terrible.

Food is good freshly cooked but Maneger and waistress staff questionable. I really got upset this morning, ordered to go at 7:54am didnt receive my order until 8:25am by then i had gotten upset. How long does it take breakfast food really???? Talked with manager and to be honest really felt like she didnt care. Rule #1 ,customers is always right especially when the problem is not their fault. I felt at some point someone should have said something they saw me sitting waiting. Needless to say after i addressed the situation the Maneger didnt offered any kind of courtesy until i said something and even then it was a rewards card and a regular coffee that was suppose to be a mocha but in turn was a regular coffee that she just put wip cream and chocolate syrup on to make me think it was a mocha WOW, with the rewards card, i have to make purchases before im rewarded. So do i feel that it was a fair trade HELL NO. I spent my money and watched as others customers who came in get there food and enjoy breakfast while i waited and wondered if they forgot me or not. Very Unsatisfied Customer.

Service here is consistently mediocre. Food took a really long time to come out. Ive been there three times and had them mess up my order 2 out of 3 times. In addition to that my vegetarian girlfriend got meat in her meal every time we visited. Once due to a messed up order and the other times she found piece of bacon in a meal that wasnt supposed to have any. The server offered to remove a portion of that meal from the bill, but her manager refused. One time our server spilled OJ all over the table because she was carrying too much, didnt clean it up until I asked some else to. The food is pretty good and the prices are reasonable, but after my third visit I wont be returning.

meh... the food was okay, but the staff there is rude and pretty lazy. it felt like our server didnt care about us or our experience there. she would always say ill be right back and leave for like 10 mins and not return with what we asked for, my husband never got his coffee, we got our drinks, including glasses for our water after our food came out. and my 2 year old never got a straw for his drink. overall i was really dissatisfied with our experience here and we will not be going back.

Breakfast was tasty. I had scrambled eggs covered with bacon, sausage and cheese along with the potatoes. Quite tasty. They honored my request to leave the mushrooms off. My wife had 2 link sausages (which were the largest I have seen), 2 fried eggs and french toast. She loved the taste of the french toast. Was not crowded when we got there Sunday morning at 9:50 but by 10:15 people were standing and waiting to get in. I thought the serve was also very good also. Recommend.

The menu is selection is fairly limited - the sausage patties were overcooked and dry; the potatoes lacked real flavor other than what was sprinkled on after cooking; the BLT was abysmal - the lettuce was browning, the bacon was ice cold, it was served on an open-faced dry bun with a pile of shredded cheese that was melted on the top but underneath the top layer the cheese was totally cold as if straight from the giant bag. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My wife and I loved our first visit to Le Peep! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm and laid back, even thought it was fairly full. There were lots of large windows to let in natural light, and the whole place just gave off a clean, fun vibe. The staff was excellent, smiling and willing to go the extra mile to give superior customer service. The food was good, a tad pricey for breakfast, but all in all an amazing experience. We will most definitely be back!

We have eaten here twice in the last couple of months. The service is ridiculously slow. It took us 40 minutes to get our food today, (basic breakfast meals) and we watched many other tables waiting too. The first time we visited, they said they were short-staffed so we gave them a second chance but nothing changed. On the positive side, the food was pretty good and was hot when it arrived. We wont be going back though.
