The Place Biscuit Head is a fun place to eat in Greenville, Sc. The atmosphere is unique and most importantly relaxing. The noise level is relatively low and the space between tables is quite roomy. They have highchairs available for the little ones and it is also wheelchair accessible. One neat feature of the seating arrangement is outdoor seating, which is nicely done. The restaurant is very clean and the restrooms compliment the cleanliness shown throughout. This to me always speaks highly of the management of the establishment. They are open for Lunch, Brunch, Breakfast, and offer free WiFi, Off street parking is available in the parking deck behind the building. The Menu/Food The restaurant is called biscuit head because its their specialty. There are at least 11 different breakfast biscuit options, 7 gravy options and more sides then I can mention. There is also a delicious jam bar. There is a good offering of coffees and teas. Adult beverages are also available. We enjoyed two different Biscuits. The Brisket Biscuit made with brisket, pickled onion, smoked chèvre, poached egg, and buffalo hollandaise was very good but the Country Ham Biscuit made with country ham, fried green tomato, cheese egg, and red eye gravy was my favorite. The biscuits are also available gluten-free. The Service The staff is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly available to serve you. Definitely worth the stop for breakfast, lunch are anytime between. Highly recommend!

This is a fun, innovative place. From the decor to the food, Biscuit Head is redefining a southern tradition. I had the Brisket Biscuit. It was excellent. How could you go wrong with beef Brisket, a huge biscuit, and a perfectly poached egg? The thing that brought it all together was the buffalo gravy. The gravy added a touch of heat and the hint of vinegar that the whole dish needed. The only thing I have to be critical about is that my biscuit had a couple if "nuggets" of unmixed flour. Obviously, not very pleasant to bite into.

For the most part I would give it 5 stars. There were things I didnt like but there were a lot more that I did! They have a butter and jam bar like papas and beers salsa bar and the jams and jellies were all delicious. The fried chicken had a great crust but its marinade made it a little sweet which I could do without. Its a great concept and it has a lot of good things going for it. You order, you sit, they serve. Nothing fancy and very simplistic. The coffee is good. I hope they do well!

Best breakfast in Greenville! If you havent been you need to check this place out. The biscuits are huge and delicious, by far the best I have ever had. They also have several different types of gravy to choose from, all are amazing but the venison is my personal favorite. Also, if you like jams, jellys, and/or flavored butters on your biscuits youll be in heaven because they have a self serve jam, jelly, and butter bar with no less than 15 different flavors.

We went on our way out of town for our anniversary trip. The concept is pretty cool. We had the the classic biscuit with the bacon of the day and homefries and the country ham biscuit. The classic had sweet potato butter on it and the bacon was good not thin pieces. The country ham biscuit had a fried green tomato on it. Was great food. The only reason it wasnt 5 stars was the price! 23.00 for that and a grapefruit juice.

Not a place to go on your lunch break. It took half an hour just to place my order, which they got wrong. Want to add gravy to your biscuit? Expect to pay and extra $2. Want cheese in your scrambled eggs, expect to pay an extra 50¢, even if it says it comes with cheddar cheese on the menu. Id recommend this place to someone looking to try something new; however, I wouldnt expect them to come back any time soon.

Best biscuits youll have anywhere, hands down. You can get a complete breakfast or lunch, or just get some biscuits. They have a huge homemade jelly and butter/spread bar so that you can get a great variety. Checkout their daily specials, which change everyday. The beef brisket was a little fatty, but delicious. Very friendly staff that are more than happy to help make recommendations.

Best cup of medium roast coffee Ive ever had. Im not a coffee connoisseur, but I have enough variety under my belt to say it was fantastic and mean it. Also the best biscuit Ive ever had. Atmosphere left a bit to be desired, though. The music they were pumping out was pretty intense, unhelped by some pretty horrendous acoustics in the building. But still! Amazing food and coffee.

The past two times Ive been here, customer service has been awful. Waitresses are very rude, rolling their eyes when a customer is talking and when they are confused about the menu. My friend found a fly in her drink, and they wouldnt give a refund. But the food is good, and they have a big jam and butter bar. If you can deal with snotty waitresses, this place is all right.

Biscuit Head is top notch! I love their Cajun biscuit and the pimento cheese grits. You have to try the jam bar, too. Lots of different kinds of jams and butters. Even when the line was long one time, it wasnt that bad, and they had a coffee stand out there. Its worth the wait. Ive been here a few times, and the line was only long once. Highly recommend this place.

I must preface this by saying that if you want to avoid standing in line outside GO AS EARLY AS YOU CAN! I drive by here almost every day and the line is out the door by 9:30a or earlier. I wont say they are better than my Grandmas biscuits, but they have some really great and interesting combinations of flavors Ive never had and really enjoyed. Will be returning.

Best breakfast anywhere. Regular biscuits were excellent. Lot of great loaded choices. Tried a gluten free biscuit and it was passable with everything else that was piled on it, however, eating it plain or with just jam, it was too dense and had a powdery texture. Cant recommend those. Everything else, including the service was wonderful. Jelly bar is amazing!

Super experience and wonderful atmosphere. For a brand newly opened space they really had things down. Every server felt like someone whod been doing this a long time. The FOOD! The food is just delicious. The meats seem fresh and honest, and the biscuit toppings are something else. I love it. Ill be back often. Doesnt help that its 2 minutes from my house :D

Upon arriving the line was out the door but it did move quickly. The best part of my experience was the jelly bar and the biscuits. The eggs were good and also the moon fries as well. I gave a three because my food came out cold but they quickly made me another when i told the server. The lemonade was delicious. If i return it will be only for the biscuits.

If you cant schedule your breakfast either very early or a bit late, then you will have a wait in line. But, if you love biscuits and all of the delicious things that can go on them, the wait is totally worth it. Sweet or savory, this place has everything you might want to put on a biscuit, only better. Also, get the bacon of the day. It is incredible.
