While the staff was nice and quite hospital, the older man wearing the glasses, I believe his name was Farr, was acting inappropriately with his behavior. Aside from standing in the way of customers, my friend and I were told to leave after attempting to order food. I waited for my friend to meet me at this location, as I was already in the area. I saw Farr leave from the front and head to the back coming back to the front with a sandwich bag in his hand. He asked us if he could help with anything and my friend declined his offer saying that the girl at the register was already doing her job. He then told us to leave and to not bother his workers. I looked at him with disappointment as he said it again and waved his hand at us in a way that customers shouldnt be waved at. He then verbally expressed that he wasnt in a good mood. No Bueno for business. Everyone else was pretty great though.

The food was good but the service wasnt up to par with the typical chick-fil-a standards. I dont fault them, a lot was going on but i have seen other chick-fil-a restaurants handle crowds better. I told them two number twos which is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal. They instructed us to sit down and they would bring our food. Took 20 minutes to finally get the food and it was wrong. They gave us two regular spicy sandwiches. Now i would understand the misunderstanding if i said spicy chicken deluxe and they rang me up for two regular spicy sandwiches... but I said two number twos which they should know what that is. I was nice about it and so were they. They corrected the misunderstanding but we had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. Still good as usual. Most likely a isolated incident so all is good.

This Chik-fil-a is progressively getting worse with time. They are the slowest and most unorganized chick-fil-a I have been to. Sadly, this is the only one on my way to work, but will find somewhere else to get my breakfast from now on. When the drive through is long, I go in to order and it almost takes longer than the drive through 9/10 times. I ask why they are taking so long and there is no explanation or reason. They seem either understaffed or severely unorganized. I have even timed the drive through before for a whopping 18 minutes! With ZERO apology when I pointed it out to them. They need to take lessons from the other branches around them who manage to spin out meals in a very quick fashion even during rush hours.

Let me just start with how sick I am of the fast food industry already. Chic-fil-a used to be a fast food chain that you could rely on the fact that you would get good and accurate service. Not anymore. Polite service you will still get, they will tell you my pleasure as they rip you off for one of the items you order. This is a gripe I have across multiple fast food chains, it is just extremely dissapointing for this chain. It isnt the first time for multiple of their chains that I have had order accuracy issues. You are losing a customer. To the fast food Industry, I have no empathy for your hourly rate considering very few restaurants can even provide the full order you paid for.

Horrible service! This location has gone downhill quickly! Been going to this location for 7 years and for the past 6 months its been horrible. They dont care about their job just the pay check. Went today and Jessica the drive thru cashier gave me my stuff then closed the window. I had to ask her for my change and receipt. Cant understand half the things she says either and she says two different prices when ordering and paying. The tea is weaker (always watered down) especially when Mr.Farr isnt there.

They have trouble understanding orders. Like when I clearly asked for no pickles and add chesse. I get extra pickles and no cheese. I get home with a ruined chicken sandwich because its soaked in pickle juice. Not the first time. This particular store is aweful. Either Try to go to a different chic fil a store or yell your order at them repeatedly. Almost felt like they are trying to mess up the order.

They cant seem to ever get orders right I literally just went there today and ordered 2 meals one #1 and #2. They gave me two fries and 2 drinks but one sandwich and me assuming they could get the order right I didnt think to check the bag, lets just say if I ever go back there Im always checking my bag before I leave.... get it together chick-fil-A

Called in to go, and was greatly disappointed. I have been waiting for 15 mins past when i called in. I know its a decently large order (12 4 count chicken minis meals) but what is the point of calling in, if they cant do it?! Rediculous. Wipe the staff and start new.

So, I had southwest salad today from this location, and it really disappointed me. The veggie---not much, not very fresh, I even found one rotten cherry tomato.The chicken---very little, probably sliced from only ONE stripe. Is it normal for Chick-flee-A ?

Every Monday, its the same....hey dont pay attention when people order, long wait for dried out tenders n d fries. Never get napkins. Stop leaving teenagers in charge of teenagers. Slowly going downhill. Even biscuits n morning are dried out n crumbly.

Probably one of the worst. The food, specifically fries are always cold. I have spoken with the manager only to be blown off. Its the only one in the area and its sad that the service is so terrible. My only advice is to check your food before leaving.

Never open at 6am like they are supposed to be. Ive been here on numerous occasions and seems to be the norm. Even though store hours say 6am we are open. Today I waited in a line of cars in the drive thru only to be told they open at 6:30

Horrible customer! This is the worst Chick-fil-a Ive ever been too. The 3x Ive gone to this location, my order was wrong and no matter who is at the drive-thru they always have a bad attitude. This morning was definitely my last visit.

Poor service and theyve raised their prices considerably. Ordered sausage burrito s. Barely any sausage and filled with tater tots! Chick-fil-A was the last fast food restaurant I went to now I happily give up all fast food!

Wasnt open at 615 am on a Tuesday... posted hours say 6am... tried again on a Friday morning and it took 20 minutes to recieve my order... this place is drastically understaffed in the morning... stay away in the AM

We live nearby, but right in the middle between two Chich-fil-As. We always prefer to come to this one, as the service is always fantastic (I dare say better than others), and very expedient.

This morning they spilt hot coffee on my arm and hand in the drive-thru. No sorry, no are you ok, no free coffee. The manager also watched the whole thing and never walked over.

Very slow morning service. I was 2 cars back from the order box and it took 20 minutes. This has happened to me here on multiple occasions. Maybe inside is quicker...
