The food was excellent but the customer service was horrible, Id rather go somewhere and have garbage food with great service then vice versa. The shift supervisor (Lisa) just finished taking the order in front of me, so I walked up and started placing my order, then she interrupted me halfway through and dang near yelled very rudely, "IS THIS FOR HERE OR TO GO?", so I said, "To go", completed my order and stepped back to wait. Then a gentleman came in and she got all excited and he gave her a Ten dollar bill and they started chatting all personal like and she came around from the counter and gave him a big long hug and they continued talking personal, meanwhile some poor girl (Robyn) kept poping out and checking because she had to bag the orders for the drive thru and the front counter, then then shift supervisor went back behind the counter and kept chatting with the guy. He then asked if he could get a drink so she tossed him a cup and they started tossing it back and forth playfully. He then went to get a drink and she just stood there and stared at me and kept looking at the order screen. Needless to say I wont be going here anytime soon even though food was good.

I have never gotten a clearer sense from people that they dont take any pride in what they do. How can you get bad service in a DRIVE THROUGH?! The wait was unacceptable, and the order taker seemed distracted. I had to repeat myself several times. Once the order was finally understood, I was informed that just about anything I wanted wasnt prepared and I would have to wait almost 10 minutes for it to be cooked. I changed my order to accommodate what was available, or so I thought. Apparently they counted incorrectly, but instead of telling me, they only gave me one piece of chicken instead of the 2 pieces my meal came with, hoping I wouldnt notice until I got home. The dried out piece of chicken they did give me was torn in a way that looked like it had been bitten. I stormed in, demanded a refund and took my money elsewhere. I will not be going back.

Ordered a family meal and a big box, got to the window and the employee gave me a drink with no ice, after I got her attention to replace my drink with a drink with ice, she seemed to be annoyed and lazy, but finally got the drink to me. After I got the food and got home, the big box was supposed to come with 2 pieces of chicken, 6 popcorn chicken and a few sides, well all of it was thrown randomly into a small box and I only got 3 pieces of chicken all together. Please get rid of these lazy employees...

2pm on a Saturday and they cant get an order right. How hard is a meal? Yes, wedges come with the meal. Even says on the receipt. MORONS! And when you are a water, it should be in a bottle. NOT out of a tap and pink in color..... Called Tiffany and she said she will give us a large wedge for the ones that are missing. We got a small fry and a cookie... wtf! These people need to put their helmets back on and start licking the glass because that is all they are good at.

The order taker seemed to be distracted like she wanted to be anyplace else other than taking orders. The picture of the combo that I ordered showed a drink included with the meal, so I thought that a drink was included. Apparently not at this store because I had to order a drink separately. $1.80 is not going to break the bank but it is the pricipal of it all that rubbed me wrong.

I was just there. I only saw 1 person but I was the only customer so that was ok. He was a young guy, & very nice. I wanted a bucket of dark meat chicken so of course I had to wait. But he made it fun. & as I was walking out the door he said he was a 49rs fan. I did say he was young, right? Overall experience was definitely positive 100% Thank you. Katie

Worst KFC you can go to. Staff is highly uneducated and they could less if your order is right. Staff cant follow directions at all. If you say meat and cheese only it means lets put extra everything on it. You wait forever for your food and the Biscuits are never fresh serving old chicken does not classify it as being krispy

This KFC was recently closed for awhile for a major remodeling. Since it has opened back up it has been an awesome KFC compared to many others in the surrounding area. Great food. Good and friendly staff. Excellent modern remodel too that provides seat for 1 to parties of 8.

On top of a ridiculous wait, this location was out of seemingly everything I wanted to order. No grilled chicken breast, no corn on the cob, no apple pies. I ended up getting a refund and leaving. Definitely wont be going back.
