Con respecto a los comentarios anteriormente mensionados, difiero en su mayoria por las siguientes razones: La experiecia que tuve en el restaurante como cliente fue agradable, me sentí en casa, en mi tierra, en mis raices, en mi folclor. El Colombiano siempre busca su gente, porque la calidad humana de nosotros hace la diferencia. Comida limpia, deliciosa, buena cantidad, veriedad, entre otros asuntos positivos. Lo único que no me gustó fue la atención de los meseros. Los noté déspotas, displicentes, algunos malacarosos y faltos de tacto y trato para con el cliente. Cabe destacar que la comida, por mas de que sea un producto de 1era necesidad, jamás se venderá sola, ya que una buena atención, hace la diferencia ante la competencia. Nisiquiera los precios, sino la atención. Entonces como jefes, creo que estan en todo su derecho de cuidar, proteger y defender el patrimonio de su empresa. Si alguien no sirve, hay q sacarlo. En toda empresa debe prevalecer el SENTIDO DE PERTENENCIA y muchos empleados carecen de el. Gracias a estos ajustes, hoy hago parte de esta hermosa familia que es AREA 57 y me siento placido y a gusto con la forma de corregir y valorar al empleado. Por un interes personal no se debe generalizar y dañar la reputación de personas que se han esmerado a lomo para que este recinto comercial sea hoy el mejor restaurante de comida colombiana en Miami. Es el mejor restaurante Colombiano de Miami. El sabor de sus platos es como estar en Colombia. Sólo tengo dos observaciones que espero sirvan para mejorar: 1. El ajiaco debería poderse disfrutar los sábados y/o domingos (preferiblemente) , ya que se trata de los días en que es más fácil salir en familia y el ajiaco es de ésos platos que uno sueña saborear el fin de semana. 2. Me desagrada enormemente el hecho de que no incluyan el aguacate en sus platos, pues como todo buen plato Colombiano, el aguacate es algo que no debe faltar. Siempre que voy, me toca llegar con mis propios aguacates, ¿Es ésto lógico? Espero comprendan que se trata de críticas constructivas que sólo tratan ayudar a mejorar. Por lo demás no tenemos queja alguna. Los he recomendado mucho y todos los que han ido, referenciados por mí, han compartido conmigo las mismas inconformidades. Les deseo mucho éxito!

El restaurante..luce bien..como un fine restaurant.. Bandeja paisa...14:99..yo esperaraba algo mejor..chicharron..no el mejor, carne ..con garras..deberia ser mejor calidad..porciones muy pequeñas. Para el costo.. Cuando la propina esta incluida..automaticamente el servicio se vuelve malo...los meseros no se esfuerzan por atende bien.. En gran parte si la cocina no trabaja bien el cliente sale aburrido.. y ese es el gran problema de los Colombian restaurant.. Menos mal que no son solo ustedes por lo general es dificil encontrar un restaurante Colombiano bueno..no lo hay..este lo podria ser pero corrigiendo esos pequeños errores..mas que disculpandose con el cliente pero seguir lo mismo....megachuzo era bueno ahora es un desastre..

In the past I had given this restaurant a 5 star review but I was forced to change it to one star, I wish it had a negative zero star though because how my wife was treated is not acceptable. My wife started ordering from them once a week which came up to $55-75 each time. Last time she ordered they sent my sons juice (jugo de mora) in a paper bag along with the rest of the food instead of the usual cup holder, when my wife opened the bag she realized the cup was completely empty and upon further investigation we realized the juice had dripped all over the hallway and on the front door including our door mat. My wife called and someone named KAREN picked up, my wife explained what happened and said just as an FYI you should put it in a cup holder and the woman who BTW sounded extremely annoyed told her "Okay so next time I will, is that all?" So my wife said I guess thats all but at least an apology would of been nice since we just threw out almost $4.00 for a cup of juice. The woman then said "I dont know what else you want I said next time youll get your cup holder". She wouldnt let me wife speak as she again attempted to explain that an apology would of been nice but the woman did not want to hear it and was speaking very loud over my wife. We will tell anyone and everyone we possibly can to never ever eat at this place and more importantly never order from Karen! If customer service is something she cant deliver Maybe shes in the wrong business!!

Me da vergüenza decir esto de nuestros paisanos colombianos pero lo que acabo de pasar en este restaurante colombiano nunca lo había pasado en en otro restaurante de cualquier nacionalidad el servicio súper pésimo fue primera ves que llegue a ese lugar entre y pregunto por las enpanadas y fue como si estuviera hablando solo y vuelvo y pregunto y las dos chicas que están en el frente no respondes muy pésimo el servicio ellas estaban más preocupadas en otras cosas que en el costumer, el costumer es lo principal y dar un buen servicio el sitio está muy lindo pero de verdad pésimo el servicio wuaaaoooooo .........

Excelente servicio, todo fue increíble.... sin decir que la comida fue de primera, quedamos asombrados empezando por el lugar muy agradable. Se acercaron varias veces a preguntarnos como se encontraba la comida, el churrasco que me comí estaba espectacular, tras la insistencia de saber cómo se encontraba la comida, me comentaron que un cliente se había molestado momentos antes por un churrasco, pero el mio se encontraba maravilloso la MEJOR CARNE que he podido encontrar en Miami y los demás platos sin palabras todo fue muy bueno MUY RECOMENDADO .... Volveremos las veces que podamos Saludos a todos

After we sat ourselves, the staff took 10 minutes to approach our table. Tables seated AFTER my table, were eating well before the staff took our order. Being that only one person in my party spoke Spanish, the staff was very reluctant to take our order. I pointed at the menu to what I wanted to eat, and the waiter looked at my dinner date to translate. I asked for a few side items, which I never received, even after asking an additional time. The items that I did NOT receive, were still on my bill. The table next to us was trying to get a servers attention for water, and never received any. During this time, there were 5 front of house employees and a quarter of the restaurant full. There were no excuses why the wait staff would not, or could not attend all tables in a timely manner. I was endlessly embarrassed that I brought company to this restaurant. This was hands down, the worst service I have ever received. Actually, it was a complete and udder lack of service. I would never come back to this establishment and suggest that others dont waste their time either. Over priced food and under concerned wait staff.

15% OF "GRATITUDE" IS MANDATORY. El único lugar en Miami q te OBLIGA a pagar el 15% de propina y si te quejas o pides un cambio te dan una explicación marica como "es q solo la mánager puede cambiar el recibo" así q te enchufan los 15% por defecto. Después de eso se te amarga la comida y no te dan ganas de volver. Pero si eres millonario entonces ve y regalarles tu plata. La comida no es nada del otro mundo.

The food itself is good but the service is poor in quality. In the top of that they charge you 15% on tip right at the check. I usually give 20% or more for a good service but at this place I dont know.... They never come to check out our table as is usual in US. They never came to our table by the way. The meat arrived and they just forgot to bring the sides. I asked for the sides and they forgot to bring a spoon. We ordered a meat meal (churrasco) for 2 but it came with only one salad and a small portion of rice. Thats a U$28 meal for 2 and they must bring sides for 2. I asked for the manager and was told he was out so I couldnt talk directly with him. The argentinian restaurant that was in there before the actual business was much better.
