Extremely pleasant experience. Very friendly staff. I noticed that the gentleman working the counter remembered an elderly womans usual order and that she liked her bagel a bit soft. It was towards the end of the day, and he had put one aside for her to approve, knowing as fresh bagels sit, they can become harder. By no means was my bagel hard or stale. It was fabulous! She just had a very specific desire and he cared enough to have it on standby for her. When my order was ready at the window he walked it to my table with a huge smile and remembered my name. My meal was great, and the service and fun, friendly, personable "one of the family" atmosphere blew me away!

First time Ive been to one of these shops and it was decent. Coming from the NE, its hard to find the same foods you enjoy up there down here. The taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwich had watery scrambled eggs. If theyre replicating NY, they would have fried egg. The coffee options are their saving grace. Frozen coffee for their iced coffee is perfect and all of the brews are great. I have yet to try lunch there. Ill go back but Ill skip the eggs next time.

Polite employees. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Avocado and the chicken was NOT fresh and flavorless; smelled like its been sitting in a sauna full of hot sweaty people all day. I notified employee and she said she made it this morning; clearly not fresh since I placed my order around 2 oclock that afternoon. Unless youre getting a coffee with a bagel and cream cheese this place doesnt really have anything to offer. Hope this helps.

I have to give 3 stars just for the sandwiches made with those bagels but im trying to be optimistic , been their 4 days in row , only because im working near by , but they cant get my order right, i order a breakfast and lunch sandwiche and their not what i order. , their not even close, the people r nice but again cant get it right for nothing, im going to try one more day , if doesnt work out , Im Done

Three times now I have asked for a bagel toasted with butter. And three times now they instead put cream cheese on it. How hard of a job is it that this is a regular problem. Extremely dissatisfied with this place. I dont have time to verify they actually did their job right and wait for them to fix there mistake every time.

This is the first time I visit and Im glad I walked in. I had the Brooklyn sandwich and that was the best breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. It was huge and tasted excellent. You can taste how freshly made it is. I dont live around PGA but I plan on making a detour for breakfast in the future.

The guy at the counter was friendly and thats all the positive about that place. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich, that was microwave. My husband the egg whites sandwich with mushrooms. He said it had no flavor. Highly Disappointed especially that Im from New York.

I had a great Sesame Bagel with cream cheese and chive. It reminded me of me and my grandpa getting them at the corner. Its great to see they support local farmers too with Natalies Orchid Island Juice Companies.

Too tough to eat. They serve them burning hot. You have to bite hard into the dense bagel which causes the burning hot eggs and ham to slip out. The food is decent but it left me feeling frustrated.

Every time I call to get bagels for my crew at work they seem to miss match and mess up half the bagels and forget a couple bagels all together. I love the food but not worth the hassle.
