Deli rude, threw my turkey 3 ft back into bin cause i did not want it and changed to diff type!! Waited 20 min for 1 person running deli, she had 2 customers. ;-( Very angry pushy staff. Had to shop around them. They pushed stock karts up on to your body. People not brush past as if busy, they simply ran into you. ...beware! My daughter got her flip flop foot ran over n was so sick of jerkd around that sheshovedit back at the man. Walk with one fist up in this store!! Seriously! Shoppers agressive like bar scene. Ran into by 4 or 5 shoppers. Ran into not brushed. Needed blood pressure pill. Will never go back. Here 4this week. Will shop 7/11 first. They r nice. N can have my money!! Is all miami rude? Did like the tram way belted thiny ma bobber.

This review applies ONLY to the Pharmacy. Ive been shopping at this Publix since it opened and Ive always had a great experience. Im friendly with most of the managers and quite a few of the cashiers know me by name. Within the last 2 months the pharmacy stopped cutting my dogs heart medication in half. This is a HUGE inconvenience for me and Ill have to find another pharmacy. My eyesight isnt what it used to be its impossible for me to do it myself. For this batch of pills Ill bring the pills back to my Vet, leave them and go back again to pick them up after theyve been cut in half.Ill bring the next refill elsewhere. Shame on you Publix for treating a long time customer so poorly.

Im a Surfside Publix customer for the past 15 years and something went wrong in the past 6 months. I dont know if they have a new manager, but everything is a disaster, the parking spaces ( everyone parks there like a public parking ), they mixed up all the organic products, find it is imposible, nobody is baging any more you have to do it by your self, long lines and and to much waiting, during busy hours they are short, and during normal hours they have a full crew !

I do all of my grocery shopping here and it is the best. The staff are always helpful and very friendly and you cant go wrong with a publix frozen spinach and feta pizza or a decadent pub sub. All around pleasurable shopping experience.

I was waiting at the customer service area to make a simple western union transaction and the people who work there have no clue what the heck they are doing. Wasted 30min of my day and accomplished nothing. Way to go publix

Beautiful location, and great selection. The store is one of the cleanest that Ive ever visited. Only complaints is that its usually very crowded and parking limited, but still a nice place to shop.

Convoninently located in front of a Citibike rack and not as grandiose as the Publix on 69th but it will provide all the same options Publix has to offer Western Union, lotto, Coin machine, etc.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Publix own brand of food is really good quality and price. Love the ice tea and ice creams - we just had pumpkin pie ice cream and it was delicious!

Most of the time I have a hard time finding what i need. I have walked out many times b/c i could not get my basic groceries there. Staff is really nice but the selection is soooooo bad.
