I have been in this bakery more then 20 times. I mange a resturant in miami beach and i always buy birthday cakes in this place because they are very good. The attention was great till yesterday. When i got there the lady name Maria, was rude and very tense. I spoke to her first in spanish asking for a torta and she said she didnt know what a torta was. A torta is a birthday cake. She also said that if i had an question i would have to wait my turn because she was busy. She said it in a very rude and bad attitude. I had to wait 20 minutes in line for her to take care of me. The person that was infront of me had told me he waited 17 minutes to get just a baget. Im never going back to this place. When it was my turn she threw the cake on the table. She didnt give me no candle, plastic bag or the cookie that comes with the birthday cake which i always get when i go buy the cake. I had to ask her for the cookie and she said she didnt have. I always had to ask for the plastic bag for her to give it to me.

Some bread is better than other, just saying. This place makes pretty good stuff, especially pastries. Wish I had them closer to my home. On the other hand, I didnt like croissant with ham that much.

Everything tasted just as it should and even more! Verona sandwich was incredible and dont get me started on the creme brûlée. Definitely worth a stop. Took home a baguette too!
