We were very excited to try Red Robin, what a disappointment! The first thing that struck me was how disheveled the staff looked, they were friendly enough but the hostess looked like she had just rolled out of bed wearing the same clothes. After they had seated us we were faced with dried food on the booth upholstery and a sticky table. I touched the smart pad which each table has and found that to be covered in grease. Looking around the dining room you could see the wooden chairs were all greasy and grimy. Of course, when the dining room is dirty you have to wonder about the kitchen. The food arrived on plastic plate/trays with a barrier of paper between it and the food, it was at this point I had to complain. Although my food wasnt touching the tray I couldnt get over how grossly dirty it was, you could scrape your nail through the old grease and dirt that was on it. The manager came over and was very pleasant, he has just transferred from Canada and told us that he knew there were things that needed addressing and thanked me for the input ( poor guy has a lot of work to do) he also comped my meal. My son ate his food and enjoyed it but told me it was not worth the $14. All in all, the new manager was great (didnt get his name) and the food was good but overpriced.

My husband and I were here earlier and it was one of the worst experiences that I have had in a long time. First off my husband ordered the ghost pepper burger with extra jalapenos and garlic parmesan fries and I ordered the triple cheese sandwich and side salad. when my husbands burger came he took his first bite and bit into a piece of paper off of the hamburger. he contacted a waitress who apologized and took the burger back to show a manager, about 10-15 minutes later the manager brought him out another burger which was not the same thing he had ordered and plain fries by this time he is mad and just ate it. My sandwich was greasy and my salad came without cheese which I had asked for and the waitress told me it came with it. I did not say anything until I got another helping without cheese and another waiter told me that the salad does not come with cheese. I feel that I was lied to by this waitress and am not happy and finally I had to ask more than once for a refill. If this is the way that Red Robin takes care of their customers, we will never return. The least they could have done is comped my husbands meal. The couple next to us waited almost 25 minutes for their drinks.

From the time we got there and we had a waiter named Cliff. He complained the whole time about other staff not playing for the team and we didnt get our drinks Until after we ate our dinner!! It was hard to swallow the food and no water either!! Got our shakes by the time we were paying for the check. He even said "yeah I get it you just want to get out here sorry about that. I want to get out of here to you all are killing me ". Said it in a joking manner but still it was all evening. We went to dinner because we see our parents for the last time till summer time so having this knuckle head as a waiter ....UGH! Not to mentioned I ordered a turkey burger and it came with a bun and a piece of cheese!!! Mmmm someone forget the lettuce tomato onion or how about the sauce that was suppose to be on it!???? Never mind they forgot the sides that were suppose to come with it!!!! To much to write in regards to the others meals!!! I would so not go back to this red Robbin!!!

I am just a kid and the service sucked. So, i just wanted to go to red robin after my softball game after we won. And when we sat down i orded a water 10 minuties later i get it. So, i order grilled chicken and i wanted mac a cheese as a side the lady so no you cant thats not a side and i order a little bbq sause. so i said ok i will get french friese no biggie. 20 min later food comes out. Ugg! My chicken was cold no bbq sause. French fries are the only thing that is good. 5 min later i tell the lady my bbq sause she said ok sweetie. 10 min later i had to tell my friend can you get me the bbq she said sure. They lady comes out with the bbq sause for my friend. Its cold liqouy and their is cuncks of food inside of it. Later the lady comes out with mac and cheese that i didnt order. My friend got the same thing but the side is mac and cheese. And i think later on she got frierd bc everyone at our table was complaing and she was crying. Dont come here this place sucks.

When we walked in, there were about 4 or 5 people standing at the podium. The layout of the restaurant is very cramped and the tables seemed to be right on top of each other. After our server took our order, we didnt see her for about a half hour. She had come out of the back and when she saw that our table, she turned around and when to the back of the restaurant. She then reappeared about 5 minutes later with our food. Part of our order wasnt cooked as requested and we had wanted to reorder some more steak fries but our server never returned to our table after she brought our food. I believe there was a manager there but other than walking through the small bar area, she was standing by the hostess podium chatting with the employees standing over there as well. While the food (that was prepared correctly) was ok, the overall service and atmosphere of this location is extremely poor.

Unbelievable. I arrived at the Red Robin at 3 minutes til 11am. (Opening at 11am)....I stood outside the front door and watched 4 employees stare at me for a minute or so, then a young lady opened the door (I was the only customer there) and announced to me that WE DON"T OPEN UNTIL 11, MAM.....I felt the rush of air conditioning from inside the restaurant but stood still. She added....AND WE"RE NOT EVEN SET UP YET. I asked her if THAT was why 4 employees were staring at me standing outside their establishment....she locked the door. (2 minutes to go). I drove over to Sonnys BBQ and bought $85.00 worth of Sunday dinner for my family. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, guys!

They officially just opened on Monday the 8th. Super busy - food was amazing!! Our server was fantastic. Although he got really busy, cause I witnessed the hostess seat him four times in a row he tried his best to serve everyone. Besides them overwhelming the server everything went well. I had the bleu ribbon burger with onion rings and my mom had the a1 burger with bottomless sweet potato fries. Things are usually pretty hectic when a restaurant opens up. I know this from experience. Give this place a try! The decor is super cute. Lots of parking. Only con is theft are only two stalls in the bathroom.
