Like most of my reviews, I like to judge based on what a restaurants target audience and concept is. This place feels like a cafeteria and boasts on about their pancakes. The environment seems a bit chaotic, but not so much it is uncomfortable. The place is busy and so are the employees, but they still greet and serve you with a smile and are attentive to your needs. We didnt have any pancakes unfortunately, but the Belgian waffles were cooked perfectly and the french toast was crunchy but not too soggy. This isnt a high end breakfast place. Dont understand why some reviews are knocking on the quality. If you want home grown, fresh, organic, and locally sourced then go somewhere else.

We told the server the same food we always order was not good and to please tell the cook & the manager. She came back to say the manager is busy and cant come to see us and the cook said the food is the way it is suppose to be! Disappointed, we decided it is time to find another breakfast place although we have been regulars here since it opened but evidently things have changed recently including the ownership, manager and cook. Food & service used to be really good.

Friday morning 11a.m., ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS how to seat party of 10 from on site manager to hostess. After holding 2 tables for almost an hour, waiting on another, the tables were given to two smaller parties and we were told that if we wanted to sit togeher, it will be a while. Thanks but no thanks.

As an ex employee, this establishment is the worst!!! The management is horrible! Theyre very disrespectful to the staff as well as the customers. Alan which is the GM now couldnt be the worst person for the job. The new owners are in for a huge treat having him run the place. Theyre going down!!

Service was quick and she checked on us just enough. The website says they have gluten free crepes but they dont. However the gluten free waffles I had were great! Lovely atmosphere. I recommend this place. Finally a pancake place that a gluten intolerant person can eat at and feel normal!

The food at this location is of great quality and tastes delicious. My favorite breakfast dish is the banana brown sugar french toast. I visit this restaurant chain at least 3 times a week. I appreciate the exceptional customer service! Thank you for having an awesome staff!

Generally good breakfast. Food cooked well. Complimentary kids on Tuesday and Wednesday. I do love the pancakes. Service seems to be scattered, slow, though friendly consistently on all of my visits. The restaurant appears clean and well maintained.

Great food, vibes and quick friendly service. As opposed to the "jungle like" atmosphere in Miami, this place was surprisngly normal and friendly, parking was pleasant and I didnt even have a gun pulled on me while looking for a spot.

Be prepared for a long wait if you come on weekends or holidays.. Definitely some good breakfast and friendly staff. Used to always get the Dutch baby when I was younger and still love it but usually to hungry to wait that long..

Food is great! Wide variety. You can get breakfast anytime of day- but whats unique is that you can also get Lunch any time of day. Very friendly staff! Prices are good. Saturday and Sunday mornings are packed so prepare to wait.

The pancakes at this place are the best I have ever tasted. Its always packed and the food always takes a long time to get but some things are worth the wait. I also love the balsamic chicken wrap when Im eating healthy.
