Awful server. First time being in MIA and had the displeasure of coming here. Mediocre food, less than friendly people, and our server was very unprofession. She sat down in our booth, sniffling like she was on something and didnt even make eye contact with us. One of my friends got a ham and egg sandwich and she brought it out with only ham. My friend politely asked if she could go the egg and she took the plate with an attitude. When it was time to separate the check I said I would just pay for it all and she repeated what I said like it was such a problem. I suspect she was on something. Im never coming back here.

Today my boyfriend and I walked in and it said seat yourself, so we did. We waited 15 minutes and servers walked by and just stared. We never got menus, nor did anyone try to help us! A lady sat at the table next to us and she got served right away! I was really bummed because I wanted to eat there! But I will never try to eat there again! Worst service!!!!!!

Food was average at best, coffee had no taste watered down. NO wonder Starbucks is always full their coffee taste like coffee. The ham steak looked good, french toast was average, wonder if pancakes and waffles are their big hit ???? Food came out fast but restaurant a/c was hot and there was a line to pay which was by the entrance door so traffic jam.

Every time I eat there, I feel like Ive escaped Miami for a little while. The atmosphere is laid back and home-like. The staff are also very friendly. I dont think Ive ever had bad service there; not even once. If you eat there early in the morning, they usually have breakfast specials for a cheap price. Excellent food and service.

Great food and service! The Chuck Wagon Special is a bed of seasoned home potatoes with cheddar and two eggs served on top. You can ask for sauteed onions at no charge. Bacon crumbles made fresh are extra and mushrooms too. Its delicious. Comes with toast of choice or biscuits.

Doesnt look like much on the outside, but its a very pleasant surprise once you walk in the doors and are greeted by their staff. Its southern style food and probably the yummiest Ive had since my time in Virginia. Strongly recommend you give them a try.
