Walked in at 9 pm (mind you this place closes at 10 ) only one client eating .... we ordered simple eggs, bacon and a banana Nutella crepe and the new red velvet cheesecake .. food came at 9.30pm ... it is right this second 9.59pm and we still have not being served desert. We heard the cook screening to the server (Mary) witch BTW she was very nice and uncomfortable with what was going on. At 9.45 pm two gentleman walked in the door and the cook screamed from the kitchen "hey tell them we are closed". Update.. at 10.20 we asked for our order to go (placed at 9 pm) and cook said that he forgot and the kitchen is close.

After 30 mins after we ordered on a nearly empty restaurant my family got the breakfast they order. I got my pancake. My wife was mad because they miss 3 ingredients from her order. Tomatoes, onions and basil were missing but we kept an positive attitude after all its Sunday. 26 mins after I ate my pancakes my breakfast was still not done. I got up and told the waitress that to please cancel my order and if we can please have some coffee. 12 mins later I got my coffee. Horrible experience. I be laying if I say that I wont go back to IHOP because the fact is I like it but this Sunday got me thinking.

Great service from my waitress holly but the worst physical conditions ive ever experienced. ...no air. In a very outdated run down building. Having to sit there and eat in the heat that is miami fla in the heart of summer was brutally uncomfortable. ...my heart goes out to the workers that have to deal with those extreem conditions for 8 hours a day. Some one needs to talk to the owner of this ihop and force him or her to upgrade the deplorable condition of this restaurant..my opinion of ihop just went from 7 to 1 or 0 because i dont believe i will visit another ihop again...

A man, probably a manager, walked us to our seats, we sat down, got our drinks from a server named Marco who is nice, but our seats are directly across from the kitchen and all I hear is "loser" "loser" very loudly from the possible manager guy, who addresses every worker there as such. The food came out, it was eh, nothing special, just to kill the pain, very unprofessional restaurant, would never visit again. Every worker is very very noisy in the kitchen and is easily heard from outside. And as Im writing this I just heard profanity from there. Dont come, its a waste.

As I arrived the person at the entrance was very kind, once we sat down waited for ten minutes, had to get up and get someone to help us out and the same person that approach us at the time we walked in once the one that started taken care of us. Thats not acceptable. I heard about this location having bad service but never thought It would be so bad. What a shame. The person that helped us is name is Jose (talk Spanish speaking) very nice gentlemen. I will give him a 5

Service is ok, not great but not horrible. But please hear me when I say this restaurant is NASTY AND DIRTY! The tables are usually visibly dirty, or at the very least smell as if theyve been cleaned with old, dirty mop water. The windows, blinds and every piece of furniture in there is covered in dust and dirt. If you do not believe me, please go in and take your time looking at the windows, blinds, tables, floors etc.. and you will see how dirty this place really is.

5 stars because our waitress was amazing and even prayed with us hate that I cant remember her name. But in the picture below is there new spring inspired flavors The Peach Praline Pancakes and even though it didnt have the Pralines The flavor was Amazingggggg I would highly recommend the warmth of the peaches with the rich scoop of ice cream almost a peach cobbler kinda feel. The dining area was okay but food and service A+

Tried to order several things (3 different items) from the menu, the waiter told us the truck (Delivery) had not arrived yet and we could not get our requested order. This was a monday morning at 9:00 AM. The waiter also told us this happened every monday! What kind of breakfast restaurant does not have sausage, biscuits and gravy or sauce for the crepes? Evidently it is IHOP! The worst IHOP I have ever eaten at!

Im going to start off with some positivity. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS.. Now the negative; This location did not have a working A/C unit. My ice melted in my water cup waiting for a refill. I had the worst waitress in the business. My crepe looked like it came in a TO GO container. Dont go here unless extremely hungry and cant stand to wait at Dennys down the street.

Worst IHOP ive ever been to. The service was so slow, and when I finally got my food, I noticed the waitress putting it in the microwave before bringing it to my table. I paid full price for fresh food, and got reheated food. The restaurant itself smells like dust, the table was not cleaned when we got seated, and my food was reheated. Just HORRIBLE!!!!!

Came here on National Pancake Day and while it was crazy management was able to keep the line moving. Surprising I got seated with my friend pretty quick! Service was pretty normal like any other chain restaurant. The only thing I will say that the IHOP needs a new coat of paint and a fresh interior. Its a crime to have it looking the way it does now.

I came on Dec. 26. Now I was expecting to wait a bit since a lot of people go out to eat and dont want to cook. I waited 1 hour to be seated. Granted there where open tables when they sat us. Server came quick and got our order. I have been waiting about an hour. This place has the worst service. I leave near but will go elsewhere next time.

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!! On top of the fact the service was horrible, we got seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order while other people were getting seated after us and taking their food order. We also had a HUGE healthy fly circling us non stop! I complained and walked out and went to Dennys right across the street.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order. So many waiters passed by us and just ignored us when we called them. Two couples got there after us, their orders were taken but ours. I guess our waiter forgot about us but no one else decides to help. Horrible experience we ended up leabing because no one ever took our order.

I was attended by a server 20 minutes after they sat me down. It would have been longer if I never brought it to their attention. Bad management & most of the servers are just in the back talking and texting. Server Marisol was the only one that made us feel welcomed after she took over our table.
