Ive been a customer of Del Francos for over 2 years now and I had a chance to receive service from old management a little over a year ago (which Id like to comment was incredible)! With that being said, the new management (husband and wife) started out well when they first took over and customer service was pleasant. I always tip the team and hearing cheers and howls mimicking dogs was quite jovial and unique. Since then, they have far removed themselves from being close to nice. There were times when my wife would order food on the phone, and the owner (husband) would be very rude to her as if she was an annoyance to contribute to his business. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt as like any human, we all have rough days and who knows what he could be going through. As I mentioned above, when tipping, you would hear jovial howls from the team, but at this point in the ownership stage, it sounded more like a trained routine with no energy our enthusiasm. The LAST, and I mean LAST time that theyll ever get my money, I decided to take advantage of the Grub Hub coupon and ordered using the app for a pickup. The order was done promptly but not accurately. When I got home from picking up the pizza (which I should have checked before I left), I realized some items were missing from it that I had mentioned in the "notes" to include in the Grub Hub order. I called immediately and calmly spoke with the other owner (wife) who claimed that there were no notes in the order. She then cheerfully told me goodbye with no reconciliation or recourse. She didnt seem to care at all for my needs as a customer who contributed to the well being of their family business. I felt empty after the conversation, almost as if I was unimportant and no longer needed. I understand I can eat anywhere, but I genuinely like the pizza and prefer to keep funds locally and in the community. I guess this is not something that is of their concern with the negative attitude that they have been passing along recently with their customer service. I hope the new owners read this review as a warning that they should be concerned about putting customers first and delivering quality service. It is much better to receive negative feedback from a customer as it is an opportunity to improve ones self rather than silently loosing a customer. Maybe in a few years I will try Del Francos again to see if theyve improved, but for now, weve certainly parted ways. Thank you for ruining what could have been a long-lasting beautiful relationship...

We have lived in the area for almost two years now and have ordered to go from here often. It is on the higher end price wise but in the beginning we loved their pizza. Then we started noticing the toppings became less and less and each time we would order we would say "and load up those toppings!" Now the last two time the pizza has been awful. We drove our order back tonight and asked them to remake it because the dough was thin, the loaded pizza wasnt loaded, the pepperoni with extra pepperoni had maybe 10 slices of pepperoni, even some slices didnt have any on it, the poppers (usually my fav) were a mess and there was no garlic on the garlic knots! When the order came back for the second time the pepperoni looked better but everything else was the same. When you spend $60 a pop on pizza you expect to get your moneys worth but I can spend half that for the same thing at dominos. We wont be ordering from here again.

Called 23 times. No one answered each time or it was busy or I was letting it ring so long it automatically cut itself off. Hello is anyone there??? Dont you want my business? Answer the phone get a call waiting phone. I havent gone in a long time but tonight its what my daughter wanted which now she cant get it. I caved in because I stopped going there due to the horrible service. They constantly double charged my card and took forever for delivery. I ordered delivery once and literally went to go pick it up because it took so long. So I can tell service is still the same. I will not be returning here again thats for sure. I called Gigis pizza right down the street they answered within 8 seconds, the first time and my order will be ready in 20 minutes. :) shame on you.

if you are in search of hot wings search no more! theyve got the hottest! the insanely hot is by far the hottest ever and no one comes close. their pizza is fantastic if your in the area of apopka and eat at anythonys ... these guys are 10 times better and better priced. (anythonys use to be a fav. of mine). we honestly eat there once a week .Their very friendly and treat you right ., they will also never turn down any special requests as long as they are able to do it.I know there are some reviews on here that seem bad but i do understand that since ive been eating there at least they have been under new management. so dont believe the negative word of mouth , it just may be outdated!. Satisfied loyal new customers

From the moment i walked in i was happy i chose to give this place a chance because the customer service was amazing. Had a good conversation with both the husband and wife. Everything looked amazing. One thing i hate is everyone advertises new york style. Well they advertise it but nailed it. I ordered garlic knots,fries,xlarge pepperoni pizza and wings took about 15-20 mins and price was amazing. Got home and did not hear a word from my two boys(toddlers) typically they play around but once they started eating that was it.so good kept them quiet. Food was amazing you guys have earned a frequent customer here

Really disappointed. Being in service for 11 years, I have a general idea of what goes into good service, and making people want to come back. The hours are never consistent, can barely get anyone on the phone, and when you do, they are rude. Ive been in the area for a year now, I heard the pizza was the best. Im a single mom, that has a napping child mid afternoon, so I asked about delivery, got the most rude "No" Ive ever received. BUT to my face, they were polite, especially after actually I tipped. Just because you have decent pizza, doesnt mean its ok to be rude and inconsistent.

New management vs.old management, they still dont have it figured out. With the delivery fee, I paid $19.12 for a 2 topping 16" pizza with bacon & beef. The pizza had almost NO MEAT on it. I also tipped the driver an additional $3 to drive the pizza less than two miles. It took just under an hour to arrive. I guess they expect you to open the box on the front porch & inspect the pizza before you tip the driver. As a result, I will not order from these slappies again! The real sad part is I cant post this w/o giving them at least ONE STAR.

Heard about this place from a friend so decided to try it, walk in and the smell really had me on edge. Overheard employees talking about spics so i got pretty mad, almost had to unleash the beast within.. Luckily i had been out whalehunting the past two weeks and hadnt eaten in days so my pains of hunger got the best of me. The pizza was definitely above average but the level of customer service not so much. I mean ive been here all my life.. shouldnt have to put up with idiots like that.
