Absolute worst customer service possible. They rush you on the phone when you cannot understand thier accents and apparently they cannot understand me either. I say hibachi and then receive teriyaki ... happened more then once so I say HE-BOCH-EE with an H and the girl just acts like Im stupid and gives me attitude ... guess what I got anyway? Dont ask for extra shrimp sauce b/c they will charge you for it but they wont actually bring it and if you call, guess what? You gotta go get it! Not happy about that and/or the fact that you received the wrong thing? They dont care, an apology is out of the question and dont expect them to replace it. Bring it in and they say they will refund or replace it but seeing as they fail everywhere else they will most likely fail there as well. I told the dumb, ignorant woman who didnt even bother to apologize that I am at work, that my lunch is not long enough for me to return the food I paid to have delivered, pick up more and eat it. Also, if I leave it uneaten and drop it off later for a refund I go w/o lunch ... she simply did not care. I hope they go out of business b/c they did this more than once and not just to me but to a half dozen people I work with.

I ordered from Sushi Factory I received my food and found a piece of facial hair in one of my rolls. I then called spoke with a lady told her what was going on, and then she asked me to call back as the manager was busy. I called back and spoke with another lady that begins to tell me Im lying and I have changed my story 3 times. I never once said the hair was in my soup (thats what she said) I never said the hair was in any specific place, I said the hair was in my food. A lady name Michelle came on the phone has a very bad attitude towards me telling me she can give me 3 dollars for a 10 dollar meal. Its not the money that I wanted back, I wanted the same kind of respect that she would want if hair was in her food. She began to raise her voice at me, and tell me bye and then she hung up on me. I called back spoke with a gentleman who claims he is the Big Manager and apologizes about what happened and never once called me a liar. All I wanted was for someone to hear me out and understand. The communication around there is horrible and the staff are really rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I always ordered from there but I will no longer give them any of my business.

Came is on a weekend night at dinner time and experienced trepidation because there was only two tables with customers in them. Then waited for over 20 minutes to have our drink orders taken. When asked about cocktail options and menu questions the server began answering then excused himself to answer his cell at the podium in front of us. Came back after another 15 minutes since a take out customer entered (he wasnt the only one on duty) and asked what we wanted. I again asked him and he completed answering the cocktail (nothing I wanted) and the two menu questions. We began ordering and he excuses himself again to go to the back. We waited another 10 minutes and see the take out customer receives the order he placed. We still havent ordered but another waiter brings us our sodas during this time. He comes back and goes to the podium and begins adding receipts (?). At this point my party got up, asked for the check for our drinks (we had to wait for that as well) and leaves. Spent $100 elsewhere that night and will never go back. Take out appeared to move quickly but have no idea regarding the quality.

Awful. My boyfriend ordered food at 11:20 am and they said it would be 30-45 min. , still wasnt there by 12:15 pm, called at 12:20 pm and they said that it was on its way. Called again at 12:35, they didnt know where it was. Called back at 12:45 pm to cancel because I was 30 min late back from lunch and still hadnt eatten. My boyfriend canceled the order and spoke to the manager. The manager told him that it was our fault for ordering during their busy hour. My boyfriend tried to explain that he wasnt upset about the time it took, but rather that he was told that it was on its way and then no body knew what happened to it. The manager was speaking over my boyfriend the whole time. The manager than told him that if he "doesnt want the discount then bye" and hung up. Still not sure whether they plan on refunding our money because the manager never cleared that up, but I expect it to be refunded. Will never ever order from there again. Awful experience, especially since I never even got to taste the food.

My office ordered a little over $100 worth of food. There was one order that was completley wrong. My coworker who placed the order called back and was spoken to in the most rudest manner Ive ever heard. She was told that they made everything that was requested. When she asked if they could bring the correct oder back to us they told her someone would have to come get it and that theyd be charged for the correct order. She then asked if the mistaken charge could be put back on the card and the manager told her they didnt know how to do that. I have never eaten at this place before and I can tell you I never will after this experience. The sushi and fried rice I had was so mediocre. Its not worth the price. If you want really good sushi in the area please go to Ninja sushi or yummy sushi. Way better customer service and food.

Took the whole family out for lunch today to celebrate the school years end. Havent been here for a couple of years and after we started eating, we were wondering why we waited so long to come back. The meal was quite yummy. We ordered the three rolls lunch special, chicken fried rice for the kiddos, and the sashimi lunch. Everything was great, even the service. The rock-and-roll roll was really good. Even the chicken in the rice was tender and in bite sized pieces. My son loves dynamite rolls and he said he preferred theirs rather than the ones at crazy or yummy sushi. The owner was super nice and personal. He even washed our twins dining seat trays on his own accord! We will definitely be back!

My staff and I ordered food from this location and the customer service that we received was totally out of line. We placed an order and it took over 45 minutes to arrive and upon arriving the phone was cold. I attempted to contact this establishment and notify them of this issue but the woman that I spoke with was very rude and obnoxious. I could definitely say more but will keep it very professional. I will never order from this place and would recommend that other go to Washbi. Their food is outstanding. I would not recommend no one to go to this establishment.

Terrible service. I made an order which came later then communicated to me when I made the order. When I called to complain about the mistake I was offered store credit for my order. Shortly after this deal was made stating thats not an option and I have to wait for the driver to come inspect the food. Which I couldnt do because I was working at that time. Then made it clear otherwise I will not be assisted. The food I received I was allergic to and received no compensation. Im surprised they are even Im business with service like that.
