We ordered carryout from this location last night. As usual, most of the employees are rude. But hey its Pizza Hut, you just want to get your food and get home so we overlook this. However, this time the food was disgusting and my wife and I are still feeling the effects today. She ordered the red sauce pasta and couldnt really tell there was something wrong with it until later that night. She went to look at the leftovers today and upon opening and dumping out the container she saw this black liquid poor out from underneath the pasta. This pasta had to have been over a week old, at least. As in it had been cooked well over a week ago and just sitting there. I think we are done with Pizza Hut completely. The food has been going downhill there for years and this was the last straw.

Maybe its because Ive only been coming here in the past year or so, but I love this pizza hut. Theyre always friendly to me and when they do mess up my order I love it because they make it worth the trouble. Apparently before I got there they prepared the wrong breadsticks, noticed, and just gave me them plus the flavored ones I ordered. Extra food is good. Not to mention the taste is great, especially since they have the free drizzle and crust flavor which is surprisingly good. And I swear I dont work there.

I love pizza hut but if i could give this no stars. Customer service is everything, if you lack this, youll lose business fast. There was an night shift staffer who was so rude, she knew she was rude because she was shrugging her shoulders when we tried to reason with her. At the end of the day we chose to take our business elsewhere. There is no way i want food from someone who is rude and does not give a dxmn. Youll never prepare food properly

Ordered at 7:22pm. Give 25 - 25 minutes guide. Arrived 8:00pm to pick up. Told still in oven. Waited 20 minutes before asking again, at which point they turned around and picked the items out of the warming cabinet - I saw nobody put it in there whilst waiting, and nobody decided to let me know. Still warm, but thats ridiculous. Tasted like Pizza Hut, but wont be back with that customer service.

Couldnt even order here, stupid employee... Ive traveled a lot for work and ordered delivery food after working late at least 100 times and have never been asked for an address to a hotel. Was told by this Pizza Hut they couldnt take my order without an address and suggested I asked the front desk, how do they not know the address to a major hotel chain? No thanks, I ordered from somewhere else.

Worst place to order food from ! Management aint shit . Show people no respect and make things complicated but refuse to get on the phone to speak with you directly . Customer service is important , its what gives everyone a job and that yall lack ! How do you expect to have business if you send your customers somewhere else ! Poor service !!!!

Five days in Disney parks and we need something different. This was the first pizza We ever ate in a Pizza Hut restaurant in Florida. (Always eat in California) and here is so much better, many people say the great flavor is because the water that is used in the pizza dough, but who knows. Also the boneless wings are the best.

They always mess up my order I ordered a $20 dallor box they got everything wrong I spent like 30 then was told that they will give me credit for it and I was only givin $5 dallor credit not happy food was cold very on happy if u want pizza call papa Johns

They got lost twice and the food was cold so we got a 10$ credit after asked the second time so when we ordered to get our credit the girl was rude and gave me the specials with a bad attitude.. I agree if you dont like your job.. Then quit.

The pizza Quality seems to be going down as the price goes down alot less toppings, sauce & cheese. I used to love thier pan pizza now I can barely eat it. The only pizza I like is thier stuffed crust
