I order panera for lunch often for I work up the street from this location. I do rapid online ordering because by the time I get to the location to pick up and back my short lunch break is almost over. Many times this location has messed up my order. I dont have time to run back once I get back to work and notice I have the wrong order. I order fairly simple stuff such as a soup and salad. They have given me the wrong soup, the wrong salad, half of a half salad etc. I stopped going at lunch rush because I knew that is when they were messing up my order, however since going at other times where they are not busy what so ever I have now had my order messed up twice. Theses workers need to pay more attention.

I LOVE PANARA BREAD ! ! ! The food choices are many - & all are delicious. I have one negative comment, though: we met family at one of the locations yesterday, and for just my husband and I we spent $28. I would enjoy going more often, but we make other choices that are less expensive ~

Checkout is typically very slow. It seems that the employees do not want to work the cash register. Same issue at the Macedonia location. The managers are not interested.
