Me and my family go there all the time . We always get full service and nothing less . We know all of the waiters waitresses and manegers . And every time we go there they greet us with a smile . In the Mount Dora location I would like to point out people who are outstanding , Daniel, Sam, Lisa, Jodie, Jennifer, Tony (maneger) Robert ( maneger),Kayla, and many more. I would recommend this restaurant to people who like 5 star food , experience, and smiles!!!! But there was another encounter that I would like to speak about . So we went there at 8:00 not knowing who anyone was so they didnt know we were regulars there. So we get seated in the BACK of the restaurant when no one was there . We ordered some ice cream and 2 apple pies. I wanted strawberrys and stawberry topping on it she said "we dont have that" but when I go in the daytime they always do that for me . So she said they didnt have it in the sistem . But the weird thing was, was that she kept on reapeting that it would caust more money . I ended up getting Carmel because she couldnt comprehend that we would pay more to get it. My mom and my dad order WARM pie and ice cream. So it took quite some time for our desert to get there . When we got it the pie was cold and we asked for whipped cream and we didnt get it. That experience during the night time wasnt the best but we forgive them ☺☺ The waitresses name was Lauren BTW

There was 15 to 20 people waiting for a table we waited about 15 minutes when we got to our table there was at least 10 - 15 tables no one sitting at them Im plenty of seats for the people that were waiting it is the slowest nasty ruedas restaurant I can remember being in the manager Robert Inman the Third sat there and rub his chin and was ya yeah why my mother told him about her breakfast so cold eggs and burnt bacon my aunt had eggs benedict and they were like ice cold it was almost like they get them Frozen and then put them in the microwave it was horrible the waitress we had was indeed and in fact rude she went to get the manager and came back without we had to wait for the manager to make time for the cost so he could stand and give her a room book and noises with his mouth rub a little hairs on his chin I continue to do so until I ask you to please go get our check he left we still had to wait 25 more minutes and are rude waitress brought the check back he didnt have the common decency or courtesy for his customer Diane deliver it and sell he gave us a whopping $4 and maybe a little bit of change the bill I highly recommend when you see Bob Evans in Lake County to hit the pedal on the right and keep driving past when it first opened it was a nice restaurant with good food now remind me a dirty trash can never eat there again

We have given bobevans multiple tries. Sometimes its great other times not so great. And more frequently, even less. We usually order breakfast, and every other time we have been there for breakfast we end up spending the rest of the afternoon in the bathroom. On multiple occasions they have on our order wrong, And never given discount. Tonight we decided to try dinner, bad mistake. Order was wrong, manager fixed it, still wrong and the food was cold and biscuits were hard and un-appetizing. Needless to say, I think we are finally done trying.

Server was an absolute trip. Very robotic (literally) and uncomfortable to talk to. Actually had another guest ask me "is this guy for real?". That said, the service is always prompt and courteous when I have visited this location and while the food is not always great, they do a fantastic job of checking back with tables and correcting any errors with a smile. I would recommend this Bob Evans.

It provided extremely slow service. Manager has no customer skills to handle a poor case of service. We expressed our displeasure with the service. Rather than reaching out to us, the manager avoided us and turned hostile during the payment transaction. They could turn their mistake into opportunity but chose to be hostile and childish. I am very disappointed with the experience.

Took over 40 minutes for our food and there were very few customers, had to ask for my salad after 15. minutes, then she came back and asked me if I wanted my salad before my meal. Had to ask for silverware. Banana bread was undercooked. Bad experience. The only thing good was the food

Arrived @ 8:30am for breakfast. It is currently 9:22am & we received our coffees with a promise to return with cream. Coffee is cold and. I sign of the waitress. The restaurant is empty therefore no excuse! We are leaving!!!

It had some of the items I wanted to order but not every thing I picked out. Did not have broccoli cheddar soup out of the few soups they have on the menu and one has pork. That I cant eat.
