I will never come here again! PERIOD! I used to rent a condo in Little Harbour, and every time I was in town we ate here multiple times. When I moved to Sun City Center permanently, I looked forward to coming back. Man am I sorry I did. I dont know if they changed owners or managers but this place has gone to hell in a handbasket. On my previous visit the service was slow and both my appetizers and entree were wrong. The server was nice and corrected both but it took forever to get my order out the 2nd time. I thought maybe it was an off day and I would try it again. My friends came to visit and I took them here for lunch. There was no hostess or greeter. I had to wander around to find someone. I found a server and he told us to sit anywhere and he would be right out. 30 minutes later he brought us a menus that were filthy. Food caked on the menus and menu had sticky something. GROSS! I asked my friends if they wanted to go somewhere else but they were hungry and opted to stay. Big mistake. 10 minutes after getting our menus he took our drink order. We were ready to order food, but he told us he wanted to get our drink order in. It took him 20 minutes to return with our drinks and take our food order. After 40 minutes of waiting for our food, I asked our server to cancel the food and I just wanted to pay for the drinks and leave. He said our order was up, and he would bring it right out. 10 minutes later her brought our food. We had to ask for silverware, catsup, and mustard. WTH? The really sad part is the menu is awesome and the food is amazing, but the service is beyond horrible. When I asked to speak to a manager our server claimed the manager was not available. Not once did he apologize for the long waits, the disgusting food crusted menu, or the 2 hours it took from the time we sat down until we got our food. I realize this is a vacation resort, and that people are here to relax, but even my friends on vacation said they could have found a better way to spend 3 hours than sitting at a lunch table. I have friends visit me monthly, and they always want to eat out while they are here. Next time we will spend our time and money at either Circles in Apollo Beach or Hooks in Little Harbour... Right next to the Sunset Grill. BTW before writing this review I attempted to call and email the manager and as of 2 weeks after my last attempt, I have not heard back. That shows me why this place has gone so far downhill.

I have eaten here many times over the past couple of years. This place is very hit or miss as far as how good service will be. If it is a slightly busy night, with perhaps a live performer singing songs on stage, then service is normally very slow. As I guess they expect you to not be in a hurry if you are there. Our table has waited 25 minutes to just get acknowledged, and our drink order taken. One time I even had to call them on my cell while we were sitting outside at table to ask if they were still serving food and drinks that evening, since we waited so long and no one ever even greeted us, haha. After that call, the service was excellent the rest of the night. The views are wonderful and we would often go via boat, and just dock and go eat, but we also drive, or even ride the golf cart there for meals. Located in Little Harbor, its a great spot for above average tasting food, and above average prices. You pay for the view, especially the alcoholic drinks, ha. The open air and ambiance is what gets the 2 stars. It can be a nice place to hang out and spend lots of time, if thats what you want to do. If in a bit of a hurry, then this is probably not the place to go.

Live very nearby, so I really want to like this place, but.... Good news is the menu has changed since the last time I was here, which has been awhile. Evolved into patronizing Hooks, better food/lower prices/better attitude. Unfortunately they were closed yesterday. I stopped coming here for a variety of reasons, much of which havent changed as far as I can see. They serve draft beer in a small flimsy cup, which of course in Florida summer will warm in a heartbeat. I routinely travel with a "Yeti" glass chilled with ice to resolve this type problem. Manager didnt like it, didnt have the huevos to confront me, had the kid waiter do it. I went to find mr spineless to see what the problem was. "Company policy". Same reason I stopped going there to begin with. Wouldnt cook a burger less than medium, which to me means either they dont trust the supplier or they are precooking for speed. Couldnt get a burger with cheddar cheese, had to bring my own. IMHO- if youre going to be a beach restaurant, adapt a beach attitude. Back to "Hooks" next outing.

New to the area and we came here for the first time. I must say I did not expect the nice location and good tasting food but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the curry chicken and my wife had the chicken sandwich which were both good. Drinks were great as well as she had the Miami Vice which came in a pineapple and I had a drink that came in a coconut shell which I thought was a great touch. The Miami Vice did not seem to have 151 proof rum as it stated so please make sure the drinks are made as they said they are on the menu. The guy singing was ok but I think a full band would have been better. Overall the experience was good and we will be back. My only complaint was that the hostess was kinda lazy and there needs to be a hostess stand on the beachside walkway for patrons that have been redirected from the main restaurant. We got there confused as to where to go and had to walk around to the other side where the hostess were just sitting on the wall and not very helpfull.

My wife and I were treated poorly by the manager Steven Kimmel. My wife was seated near the Tiki bar and her seat was taken by another customer while she was gone to the bathroom. I told the group of women that had taken her seat that she is handicapped and needs it back. Their response was that they were with the band and they would not return her seat. I went to talk to Steven and he said they were indeed with the band and that the seats were 1st come 1st served. I explained that we were there 1st and that my wife is handicapped and he offered no help. I talked to several of the staff there and they helped to find us a seat, and also told me that this manager treats them and customers bad frequently. I have been a regular guest at this restaurant many, many times over the past 5 years. I will not return while Steven is still employed there

I took my girlfriend here last night for a drink. We sat on the patio and waited for service, a couple employees walked by but no one helped us, we decided to go inside and sit down. Same problem, a waitress came and waited on the people right next to us and still didnt come to our table. After being ignored for over 20 minutes we decided that we would try coming back another time. I called this morning to talk with a manager and was told by an employee she didnt know where the manager was, I told her my complaint and said I wanted to bring it to a managers attention rather then leave a bad review online. She got little bit of an attitude and said sorry well I dont know where he is (clearly to much trouble to even attempt to find him). All around horrible customer service, would not recommend.
