Pei Wei serves a variety of Asian foods (but no sushi or fish), such as rice and noodle-based entrees, salads, appetizers and a childrens menu. There are even party platters for large groups. Most meals come with the option of beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetables with tofu. Several dishes are vegan-friendly if you order with tofu. There is also notification as to which dishes are spicy. What makes PW unique is the fast food ordering/seating style. The menu is displayed in large images on the wall, and you choose your order. Then you pay, and receive a sign with a number. You pick where you want to sit, and display the assigned number on a structure on your table. Then your food is brought to you based on the number on the table. Utensils, napkins, drink glasses, condiments and take out boxes are available in the back section. PW is very affordable. Most entrees are two servings worth, costing $7.00-9.00. If you eat in, be prepared to take half of your meal home.

Great catering experience! I am very impressed with the level of service and customer care received on 03/25/2017 from the management and staff of Pei Wei Plantation location. I had planned a really important lunch party and I met with Ryan, the GM, to discuss the details. He was very professional and promised to take care of me. And he truly kept that promise to me. Every small detail was met and even exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Pei Wei Plantation location for the exceptional service I received. The food was delicious, the delivery guy arrived early, the order was correct, and all the paper goods were adequately included. Even the gluten free items ordered were properly labeled for me. The attention to detail kept my day stress-free so I could focus on the higher priorities of the day. I will definitely be back and will pass the word on to other colleagues and business partners!!!

First time at Pei Wei. Service was friendly and welcoming. About a 20 minute wait for take away (one person worth of food). I ordered the Chicken Vietnamese rolls and the Steak + Ginger Broccoli combo. The portions were tiny on the beef. Im not sure if its just the take away container but I got about 5 pieces of broccoli and 5 pieces of steak. Much too expensive for what I got. Taste was OK overall. Seemed fresh, lots of sauce. The dipping sauces for the rolls were ok. The thai peanut sauce is incredibly thick and the taste is bland. The sweet chili sauce tastes like pretty much any kind you can buy in the store. All in all, Id try Pei Wei again. Perhaps eat in and see how the portions come out and try another style of dish.

2 weeks ago we ordered food and soup. The soup came after the food. Had to take it home. The menu display screen has one panel malfunctioning. Ordered 2 entrees and 2 soups. Had to tell server bring soup first. Waited forever. 2 weeks ago one of the 2 beverage dispensors was malfunctioning. Today the same machine is still not working. Girl out counter is lost. Servers look like deer in headlights. Lines if people. My fiance got served This is chaos. Asked what problem is? The server said they really slow. Spring break and one of the cooks quit. Wow! Great management.

I used to order from them all the time but theyve been going downhill quickly. Yesterday I ordered online $40 lunch at 1:30pm, it was supposed to be ready at 2:20pm, I came there to pick it up and guy at the desk could not find my order, his excuse was when you order something online it may take longer...he asked me to wait 5min which extended to 30min, they finally gave me my order and I have to say it tasted bad, soup was too salty, egg rolls very greesy + they forgot to gave me all sauces. Im done with these guys....

First time there....the food is tasty, but its more like mall food. I dont know if its because they were closing but there was barely any rice in my plate and the large portion had less then the regular portion. Im calling them today I had to cook because my husband and I were still hungry. He couldnt even eat the rice because it was drenched in sauce. I mean I measured the rice and it wasnt even half a cup.... Im never going back. I should have checked the food when I picked it up. So sad.

Hate is a strong word so I wouldnt say I hated this place but the time is 8:56pm and the front door was locked so I went around to the pick up side. Got looks as soon as I walked in and I asked if it was too late to order since I just got out of work and rushed over and was told that it was too late to order because "they" started breaking down already. The sign on the door says 9pm and I dont stop working 4 mins before my scheduled time at my job, guess that doesnt apply to Pei Wei.

I frequent here and this place is both hit and miss. It seems if you eat in the dining room the food quality and presentation is much better overall. If I do take-out the cooks seem to unwittingly slop the food into a tight plastic container and dont give me the entire portion and without all the garnish and side fixings. Service is usually good and food taste is usually pretty good in general. I just try to eat-in whenever possible so I get the full value of what I paid for.

I would like to personally thank the young lady at the register that took care of me and my online order. I appreciate her help in providing me with exceptional customer service and assisting me with my online order. Hopefully I can personally thank her on my next visit. Me gusto la.comida. atienden.rapido y son amables. Comida. Rapida con opcion de comer variedad de verduras en el plato. Lo que distingue de otras comidas rapidas que mayormente son muy grasosas.

Came here for the first time and i will admit customer service was average. Nothing too spectacular as it seemed that they didnt really care of we were there or not. As for the food. I ordered the kung pao with chicken and no peanuts. I was surprised with how much the plate for a regular size. I was full after eating it all and the taste was great.

I love the food! Cleaning could be improved; there were residues of food on the seats and between the cushions. Moreover, there were dirty utensils placed on the utensils holders. In addition, staff could be more friendly. I am not going to stop going because the food is good, but as I said, there is room for improvement.

I dont get it. I always order the same thing, the chicken pad thai and somehow I ALWAYS end up getting some variation of it. Im done with this pei wei after they gave me the wrong noodles entirely and no sauce at all. Good job whoever cooked my meal, you made something truly terrible.

Love the food and the flavors. How do they get the tofu so thin and crispy? It is absolutely delish! The wait time is not bad, the place is trendy, and the prices are definitely comparable to any chinese food in south florida but much more yummy. I love the spicy wei.
