Visited the newly renovated Nordstrom restaurant today and will never be back. Upon arrival there were 6 empty tables and no one waiting. Hostess said she had texted the reservation holders before us & they had 10 minutes to arrive. After waiting 10 minutes none showed up but we still couldnt be seated. After speaking to the Manager he advised the tables were deliberately empty so the kitchen staff would not be overwhelmed! !!!!!! How ridiculous is that??? Why not get a larger kitchen staff??? We left our name on the waiting list and left to eat at another restaurant..... Meanwhile an hour and a half later, we NEVER received a text advising us a table was ready.... Absolutely unacceptable. Poor management at its best.

Whenever they have the lentil soup, it is my go-to item. Today I had the Cilantro Lime Salad without the tortilla strips. 500 delicious calories! Our waiter, Danielle, was very attentive and gave us a huge pile of the mint chocolates after our meal. 500 more delicious calories! As Ahnold says, "Ill be back."

Terrible service. Called for pick up and they said 15-20 minutes and had to wait an additional 20 minutes totaling 40 minutes. The layout of the restaurant sucks! When you pick up food your standing in the way of the waiters right where theyre making the food.

The Bistro @ Merrick Park have been experiencing some renovations since The 6th of February. The Cafe will soon be a Full Bar & Restaurant. So it should be nice around the Spring / Summer 16 x R.I.P. Bistro & Hello, Nordstroms NEW Bazille!

IMy family and I have been coming to Nordstrom for years to eat. A few weems ago and today was a different experience. The restaurant was not full. By the time we order and were served it was 1 hour 5 minutes. Unacceptable !
