Worst experience Ive ever had @ a Johnny Rockets. I was in a party of 10 and there were multiple complaints discussed upon by everyone: 1. The floors were absolutely filthy and I noticed when I accidentally stepped on a napkin and multiple prices of a philly cheese steak spewed out. 2. The table was uncomfortable. They had us seated in a small circular table connected to a rectangular one. 3. They didnt have enough cups so my friend got a plastic cup and a plastic plate. 4. The burgers were cold and had no fries. 5. The fries that I then had to order took 30 mins (literally) I then got the managers attention and he looked at me , nodded and walked away. I then received the fries a couple min later and they were flat out garbage. 6. The orders were all messed up and my friend had to wait literally 30 mins for his food after we all had recieved ours. 7. The bill was completely butchered and took 10 mins to straighten up. Overall a terrible and inconvenient experience. Overall eating time was 2 1/2 . one hour more bc of these dilemas. Absolutely hurendous experience

I used to come to this Johnny Rockets joint for about 7 years. I decided to take my boyfriend out for our usual burger date and ended up very disappointed. We waited about 15 minutes to get a menu. The cheese fries were cold and had hard cheese on top, the burgers were small, overpriced (tasted like a cheap Burger King burger), and raw in the middle. Overall, the attention and service was terrible! I decided to pay and leave without putting a tip... I felt like the attention and food did not deserve a tip at all... So, as I walked out of the restaurant about 3 minutes later our waiter CHASED us down begging for a tip. He said," I get $4 an hour, I really depend on tips... If you had a complaint you could of told us." Ive never been harassed by a waiter before... NEVER GOING BACK. Dont recommend!!!

Ive eaten at Johnny Rockets a few times & always had a good meal. Decided to try it again on vacation in Miami, Florida I may never go back again. First the service was very slow and they were not busy. Kids meal, buns where hard, burgers very small and very small portion of fries. The price was $16.98 for 2 kids cheese burgers what a joke. The regular cheese burgers where not much better. Shakes are very over priced $6.39. The total bill for two kids meals, two adult meals with three shakes plus a tip was $73.16. Skip Johnny Rockets save your money and feed your family three lunches at McDonalds for that price. McDonalds burgers, fries & shakes was way better than Johnny Rockets. What an epic failure this turn out to be. Very dissatisfied customer.

We came later at night when the mall is not too busy and had burgers shakes and fries. The burger was not a hockey puck it was actually prepared well thanks to our server putting in the order well. When we went to the bathrooms they were really dirty. When a manager was told about the problem he picked up the broom from the dining room area walked in the bathroom swept and came back out with the same broom to sweep the dining area. When we asked if they were going to mop the urine from the floor in the restroom they made it seem like this was something extra that we were asking.

Boa hamburgueria com boas opções de sanduiches e refrigerante refill, espaçoso, localizado bem na entrada principal do outlet e ótimo atendimento. Recomendo para quem tiver indo no Dolphin Mall, quiser comer um bom hamburguer sem demorar muito.

A good place for memory lane. Took me back to high school and for some reason, drag racing. The music was nostalgic. Great memories came to me. The food was good. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they will put an egg on your burger by request. Love that! Alas, the experience shaken awake with the bill. Wow, not very cost effective for burgers! I had a burger, not a NY strip. Great place for every once in a while visit.

I went to this place to get a simple chicken burger..well, the waiter took my order and i waited for about 25 minutes to get a small, bad looking burger, i waited more waiting to get it, that the time i used to eat it(10 seconds)..then to finish this horrible experience, the check was irrationale expensive..30 dollars for 2 buns with soda(nofries)..never come back..

Hot beer ... Not even option to change it for a cold one! Milkshake was also not cold enough and had no taste!!! The French fries were probably from the day before and the cheese on top the same!!! I had to ask for my Route 66 burger because they brought everyone else on the table their food except mine :-( dont waste your time or money here!!!!

Dissatisfied! Worst fries ever. Too small of a portion for the price and they dont believe in salt. One burger bloody. They dont believe in cooking meat thoroughly too. We were apologized to but no attempt to make up for the dissatisfying experience. Overall 30$ for bad food. Never again

It was the first time i went into this johnny rockets and i must say the service was great!! They were very kind, friendly and sweet. The server got my baby a ballon which she loved! We got our food very fast, al though i did noticed the fries had no salt..

Food and shake was okay. SO EXPENSIVE for subpar food. Our server was unfriendly and took forever with service. Waited 20 minutes for the check. Go to steak and shake. Youll get better food quicker.

Johnny Rockets is always great! This restaurant lacks sometimes a bit the Johnny Rocket feeling like the ketchup smiley is missing or they only serve the peanut butter milkshakes in paper cups.
