Ive been going to this place for about 5 years but after tonights experience I will not return. The wings are out of a bag and have NO flavor. I asked for additional sauce and the sauce was stiff, it was apparent it wss sitting in the heater for hours. We gave our server the card, he swiped it, and as he returned it he asked for an id, I explained that this process was backwards as he shouldve asked for the card before he charged it but he stated it was policy to verify after charging. On a positive note after we paid we spoke to Santiago the manager and he apologized and explained that a lot of the food has changed and doesnt have a lot of flavor. He also stated that the server was incorrect and he shouldve checked the id prior to charging the card. The manager did offer dessert to make up for the downfall. Nice manager but terrible food.

This place is overpriced and disgusting. Its in the casino area which permits smoking, so be prepared to eat in a smoking section. I brought family for breakfast before they boarded for their cruise. Prices are ridiculous. $4.00 for toast. $11.00 for eggs. The novelty of bringing family here is ruined with the smoke and the high prices not to mention a rude hostess and a 15 minute wait to be seated with empty tables everywhere in sight. After waiting even without getting water or coffee, we walked out smelling like a cigarette.

Came here early on a Sunday for dinner. Ordered the burrata with truffel honey, which was ok. The mac and cheese was really good though. The risotto artichoke is decent. Didnt really like the ravioli dungess crab though. They have wine and beer here only. Place does get busy later, so make sure you get reservations. My friends are vegetarians, so its got a decent selection for them. Overall, this place is ok and decent for the area.

If you want to get intimidating looks from the servers this is the place for you. My father and I were laughing at them afterwards! "No way to treat veterans guys! Very amusing ! Very angry staff! Clam chowder looked like snot so I didnt touch it . Barley touched the ribs as they looked dry and elastic with no sauce ! My Rottweiler would not touch the rivers my German Shepherd sniff them in literally walked away!
