My wife and I have visited this place several times, but we continue to encounter several issues every time we visit. From the moment you walk in, you encounter very rude hostesses, you are told there is a 20 minute wait, but there are open tables everywhere. Once you are seated, your order takes forever. This past weekend we had a waitress that took our order and never came by our table to check on us after that, we waited for over 30 minutes and our appetizer had not come out. We ended up flagging down another waitress and she went to check on our appetizer, we ended up getting our two entrees and were half way through our meal, when we got our appetizer. Our waitress still had not come to check on us, and it seems like the service manager got wind of the problem and came by our table to offer an explanation. We ended up having to box our appetizer, and the service manager ended up comping us $6.00 for our inconvenience. What a shame they are running this place so poorly, we like the food, but the service and the attitudes are very poor. I wonder if the owner which we met when the place opened is aware of the problems. I hope they do something to make it better.

The times have changed , overly staffed with slow service , a price point that has since lost its feel. I loved the change to the menu , but seprate fries for 6 bucks comon..lol , burger is still solid but more expensive. I feel like the tv spots are making Latin house act special. Miami has changed , amazing burgers can be found now so taking a drive 20 minutes doesnt seem that cool anymore. Love the chef but the direction has been lost. The line to wait is ridiculous with the owners wife picking who to say hi to... yeah it used to be diffrent pero thats has changed. Que paso? because if it was UNDERSTAFFED then the service would be slow, instead I count 4 waiters counting tips while the lines outside are crazy. The nachos still set this place apart but the gap is closing. Something has changed hopefully they figure it out before people wake up and go to other places. Im pushing for you guys but not taking the drove again. ■read the reviews 6 months back alot has changed. ■

After hearing so many good things about this place I had to try it. We went as a party of 7 and waited an hour to be seated, since our table was given to a party of 10 that arrived after. The appetizers we ordered did come out rather quickly, but waited 50 minutes to get our entrees. This was after I spoke to the manager about how disappointed we were after hearing such great things. The manager was not very kind and the staff looked lost the whole night. We decided to proceed with desert why not after 3 hours of being at the restaurant. The deserts were cold and not freshly made. We ordered one desert with a candle since we were celebrating a birthday , but no one had a lighter to light the candle. Talk about a simple thing that a restaurant should have. The food and experience was not good period. At the end the manager gave us a lousy 30 dollars for the awful service and food. Not to mention tables next to us were being cleaned by throwing the food on the floor.

Well we ordered 3 different burgers. I had the Juicy Bella. I cut it in half. Well it was really cold in the middle. Had to sent it back which I hate to do. I just could not eat it. On the menu it states that all the burgers come with fries. All 3 burgers we ordered had NO fries. My burger was about $17 and youre telling me it doesnt come even with fries? In my opinion you are not getting what youre paying for. And the dessert menu, which they consistently ask you if you want dessert even though you are still eating, consisted of 2 fried dough balls with a brownie inside for $10 really? And finally they are consistently asking you if youre done with your plate like theyre rushing you to get out. By the way the other 2 burgers were okay. So, I am not coming back anytime in the near future. Hello Fuddruckers here we come!!

These burgers are off the charts. Amazing flavors, all very fresh, with very generous portion sizes. Ambience is hip and service was great. We tried the signature ceviche as a appetizer. It was a bit heavy on the tongue. It was very good, although not as successful as the burgers. Our table sampled 4 of their signature burgers: The Mexican, The Original, The Champ & The French. All were very unique with stellar flavors. The Mexican was the standout, the Original being a close second (imagine the perfect All-American burger flavor, this is it). All burgers come with their "Tangled Love Fries" (Home Made Potato Chips) which were equally as excellent. Latin House Grill is well worth a trip to South Miami. You will not be disappointed.

I gotta say, this place is the best if you have no eaten anything all day. The portions are gigantic! Wasnt too happy with the chimi burrito since it just was over stuffed with soo much ingredients that i couldnt really enjoy the flavor for what it worth..its almost like "too much" food to the point that it grosses you out a bit. Ill have to try something else next time since this place does offer a variety of foods. On a good note, the Calamari was great! Perfect portion for 2 people and the taste was delicious. Loved the 2 homemade sauces that came with it. Be prepared to wait since there is limited number of seating and the food also takes a while since everything is made from scratch.

Latin House used to be my favorite restaurant a few years back. However, theyve since raised their prices and their menu, and have had massive turnover in their once-great wait staff. Sadly, it just isnt the same. With that said, they are still an acceptable option in Kendall. The burgers are pretty good. They use the Burger Beast blend, which in my opinion, isnt the greatest, but they make up for it with their toppings. I recommend the chimi burrito or the flatton, but keep in mind that these are not healthy options. Also, their hours are a bit difficult. On more than one occasion, Ive found myself wanting to eat at Latin House only to find that they were not open.

Walked in and waited a few minutes to be sat cause we have two little ones so high chairs needed to be acquired. Our waiter Willy was on point. Asked us if we have ever eaten there, gave us a full history of the restaurant and what their specialties are. He helped us order and was friendly and professional. Now the food.....everything came out as promised and there was no exaggerating on previous reviews I had from friends. The quality of the burgers were worth the $11 price. Im looking forward to going back. It is on the pricey side I admit, but you get what you pay for in this case. Heck Im writing a review.

The food is good but you would think for a restraunt that has been on the food network twice the customer service would be more up to par. We ordered an apptizer and had to wait 30 minutes to recieve 6 peices of chicken. Then about 10 minutes later we got our entrées. Very delicious but the waitress did not check up on us at all during our meal. Rather she waited until after finished eating to follow up with us. Putting other patrons ahead of us not cool. Unless you dont mind waiting hours for your food, I wouldnt be too hype with comming here.
