I love chicken Kitchen. However, this particular chicken kitchen is disgusting. The last time I ordered there were flies in the lettuce and as I pointed that out the guy who prepares the food, he STILL scooped up a heap of fly-lettuce onto my plate. When I told him that I didnt want that lettuce he was rude about it until I pointed out where exactly the flies were. He then took his tongs and in one scoop tried to take off the lettuce leaving trails of fly-lettuce on my plate. He then opened another bag of lettuce and using the same contaminated tongs, put some on my already contaminated plate. This place clearly does not care about cleanliness or servsafe regulations. If you are looking for rude staff and flies in your food, this is the perfect place! EDIT: Dave, like I said, I love Chicken Kitchens. Just not this particular one with flies in the lettuce. I could do without the extra protein.

Unlicensed Professional Opinion
I love chicken kitchen and from multiple experiences at this location the service and chicken varies depending on the person working the grill. I find myself having to repeat my order because some of the employees english speaking skills are a working progress except for the one African American guy. Hes has an inviting personality and actually interacts with customers while efficiently preparing their food. My guess is he has experience on the grill and in food service in general. The other employees and manager come off a bit rude at times and not very polite. Other than that the food is pretty good.

The food is decent but extremely overpriced. Oh, and if you would like extra salsa or their creamy cilantro sauce, then prepare to pay .50 cents for each extra one. It is conveniently on lock down behind the register. Ludicrous how this place stays in business when Pollo Tropical is just right around the corner giving the condiments away for free.On that note, I wouldnt be surprised if the manager at the Chicken Kitchen sneaks over at lunchtime and steals the sauces from Pollo and then turns around and makes a profit. Now that I think about it they sure taste similar.hmmmmm??? Just sayin.......

This Chicken Kitchen is just OK. I definitely wouldnt recommend it. The staff does not speak English. Not one person. They dont greet you. Its almost like they feel you owe them something for coming in there. Cleanliness seems decent. They do charge extra for everything. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because Ive seen minimal improvement since my last visit there. I really hope the owner looks at these reviews because many of them express similar concerns that could help the business out.

Not so great food. VERY poor service. Every time I order to my office (which they charge $2.50 on top of order) during lunch my order is always missing something! And EXPECT a Tip!!! And theyre pricey!!! This place is a joke! Not ordering again from them. The last time I ordered from them was a year ago. I ordered from them today and they HAVE NOT improved...dont waste your $ here!!!

I was surprised by the previous negative review of this Chicken Kitchen. Ive been to dozens of Chicken Kitchens and have never had any problems. I tried this Chicken Kitchen and found it to be just as good as the rest. Clean, friendly staff, and great food. I could live on their Mexican Chop Chop (with black beans on top). Chicken Kitchen rocks, and this location is no different.

Someone please shut this place down. Went there right when they opened at 11 am or something and got a burrito with a stale tortilla. Guy couldnt understand me so I basically got whatever on my burrito. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times..they kept thinking I was saying menu. If you are going to serve me old unseasoned food, please at least hire people who understand english.

Called to place order for delivery woman barely speaks English says "no moh shiken only bret" --(English Translation-We have no more Chicken only Bread)--so I asked again she said "we a shange menew" bolony only. Horrible service, was not even greeted when we came in. When we said we wanted the family deal it was a huge bother to them. The chicken tasted like it was under a heat lamp since the day before and everything was cold! Had to throw out everything and order pizza. Will never eat there again

Ridiculous delivery fee! Me and my co-worker placed an order on two separate credit cards and they charged both of us deliver fee. Seriously ? you are going to charge a delivery fee to come to the same place once? Man talk about about a nickel and dime business.
