The drive through staff are ignorant and disrespectful to senior. I was (12:30 pm, Oct. 21,2016) giving the order taker a simple order of Trio Combo with 2 side orders of boiled Yucca and Jalapeño condiment. She kept laughing and asking if I want ribs, there were 3 different laughing sounds joining her that I heard in the background and it was obvious they were not listening to me. I also mention a senior discount and she shut me out. I kept saying hello numerous times but she not respond. I finally went to register window and asked for her name. She was very rude and say," I HAVE NO NAME!" and slammed the window closed. So, I went inside and asked for manager. Ms. Micah took my order again but I decided to forget about the food and left. It was not worth it. Ms. M. gave me a telephone number of customer service. I will never recommend this place again to anyone.

The worst Pollo anywhere in the world. The chicken is cooked to smithereens--overcooked by like 2 hours. On numerous occasions I have ordered the half chicken meal and received 2 dried up thighs and two legs instead the breast and wing that should have been included. The portion of rice is getting smaller and smaller--at times its only about 2 tablespoons of rice! Shouldnt a chicken place know the difference between a breast and a thigh? I love Pollo, but these people do not give a flying flip about doing a good job with your meal. They are lazy, sloppy, and completely incompetent. I love Pollo and we have only one here, so I have been about 8 times, and every single time something was wrong. 100% failure rate people!

I shouldve trusted everyone elses review and just gone to a fast food joint. The quality would have been equal, minus the food poisoning or whatever the freak is going on with me after having your tropichop thing with pork. It felt like I was on a bad trip last night after eating your food. It would have almost been worth it if the food had even tasted alright. As others have said, the meat was pretty tasteless.... Maybe its just this particular location? But with all these crap reviews youd think someone would go look into. I dont think Ive ever even written a review till now. I cant believe Im sick! Unacceptable.

Ordered 2 family meals online 1 hour before arriving then we arrived to pick up 15 minutes early and then the pip squeak manager with a faux hawk said it wasnt in the system and proceeded to say it will probably be in the system at the estimated ready time because it only would take 5 minutes to prepare.......estimated time arrives and surprise now a manager tells us that they lost our receipt......wait some more... 15 more minutes go by and the restaurant wasnt even that busy.... order online to avoid the lines and waiting what a joke. The second star is only to rate the food.

Our Pollo in St. Lucie west is the worst Ive ever been to ...now 2 days in a row go to order and they have "no chicken" if you can believe that. Talk to the manager yesterday and again today out of chicken, just poor management and dont realize people in St. Lucie do not want dark meat EVER...but if you would like to wait 30 minutes we can serve you lol lol. Last time I will ever go there my fault for giving them 6 chances to get it together. Maybe good management is hard to find, all I can think of as a business owner is...how much lost revenue.

This place is getting worse and worse every week. Dont waste your money here please. I have been a customer since they open and the food tastes good but the service is terrible! The wait time is ridiculous, over 20 min to get your food ( it has happened many times)and they have cut their portions size tremendously, definatelly not worth it. Last few visits have convinced me to just move on and find another place to eat from now on. Terrible service!!!! I want my money back!!!!

Long wait to order....ordered 1/4/ chicken white meat....got dark....they gave me the right chicken when I showed them the mistake. The rice was tasteless, the beans were plain tasteless canned beans. The dark meat was so overcooked that it fell off the bone into a pile of mush. The breast on the otherhand was so overcooked and dry , that it was inedible. What a horrible disapointing experience ! I will never go there again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone !

I love this chain but this specific location seems to be filled with super slackers. On more than 5 occasions now, we have been told they were out of something. 3 times it was specialty sauces and 2 times it was white meat. Your name means Tropical Chicken and you have issues with keeping your tropical sauces and chicken in stock. I would blame this on just opening woes, but its been months now and they still have these issues. Time to fire and hire and get better out here.

Arrived at lunch time,4-27-16, eat in, line was not very long BUT, its lunch with one cashier working AND in training! Oh that makes sense! Now the line is growing and we are "parked" in line due to a customer who is paying for a catering order. Those of us in line are now on hold due to the financial transactions occurring. When we finally received our food, it was delicious....will reconsider coming here again.....side note, restaurant was dirty....moving on

So 4 times in a row we come here to eat and we are told it will be 15-20 minutes to wait for the chicken. The food is good but it is hard to fathom why they have not got this figured out yet. I usually do not leave negative reviews but be warned that if you are coming to the restaurant for their signature dish be prepared to wait. Each time has been at dinner time not at an odd time of day. Hopefully they get it figured out.

Horrible customer service sucks there managers and employees dont know what there doing when it gets busy. Dt was a long wait and the cashier had a bad attitude along with management. I spent so much money on this place to get disrespected. I guess corporate could careless bout customers because I got sick from breast chicken being rare not cooked. I call the survey receipt and no one apologizes this business is going down.

I just ordered from there on 3.12.16 at 3:42 pm. Ordered the Calypos beef and was told that the location only had chicken and pork. I chose the pork with the black beans and yellow rice with veggies to go. When I opened the food when I got home my yellow rice had once piece of broccoli and that was it. Pork was OK at best. My first time eating at one of these establishments and I have to say Im not impressed at all.

Horrible snot nose lazy teenagers run the place while a half asleep old guy wonders around looking clueless. The worst Pollo I have ever been to. Another thing how does a place that serves beans and rice run out of beans and rice between the hours of 6pm and 8pm isnt this prime time ? Also, chicken the place is called Pollo and it runs out of chicken? Am I missing something here?
