Atencion: Tienen que estar pendientes de revisar lo que compran, especialmente si es para llevar por el Drive Thru. Ya van 3 veces que me sucede lo mismo y en una de ellas contacte al manager, me dijo que lo fuera a ver al dia siguiente y como se pueden imaginar al dia siguiente no estaba. Verguenza me dio reclamarle a la manager de turno por la comida que faltaba. Aun asi no me dieron lo prometido. Absolutamente NO recomiendo este lugar y OJO; en el pollo tropical de la 16 W 49th Street de Hialeah sucede exactamente lo mismo. Que pena!!

Julio 9 ,2017,a las 9:30 de la noche en este pollo tropical que cerraba a las 10:00pm,ya tenían los baños cerrados porque ya los estaban limpiando para el día siguiente y no había pollo en la parrilla ni iban a poner más porq en 30 minutos cerraban.Creo que es una falta de respeto muy grande.

Went through the drive through and wasnt sure what I wanted to order so, as someone would normally say, i said "one second" while I scanned the menu. The girl in the drive through immediately started to count "one!" "one!" "one!" to show that I would take more than one second. I thought it was extremely rude and decided not to order anything. If theyre willing to to be directly rude to your face, imagine what theyre willing to do when you cant see them preparing your food. No thanks!

I cant stand somebody that does not know there product.. I just called to confirm if I could use my android app to pay for my lunch as I searched on the computer and it says that I could. so I called spoke with the "manger" and lets just say that the only thing he knew to say in English is no.. mind you I bet he has no idea of what I was talking about this is the 2 time I have an issue at this place.

This is the cheapest Pollo Tropical I have gone to..... When you go to a restaurant and pay $8.00 in a meal you expect food on your plate.... They give the rice like if they are feeding a 2yr old.... They say that is the masurment that they have for the rice but they use the smallest measuring cup available cause I have gone to other Pollo Tropical and they give more rice.....

This Pollo Tropical is full of people during dinner time. I sometimes go in weekends or fridays with my friends and wait for my food for short period of time when my queue is up. Idk if other restaurants do this but they have led monitors showing people waiting in line if their food is up next. I honestly want to see this in every restaurant where you wait in line.

Been here twice both times they got the order wrong or something was missing during the day this place is jammed packed I recommend avoiding coming anywhere near here during peak hours the traffic and the subhuman hot climate parasites street beggars make it unbearable

Always packed and always dependable food. Always consistent and great service. Down side, they stopped the corn fritters which were like a special time period, they need to bring that back. Nobody has them and it should be a staple item on their menu.

I see a man pee and did not wash his hand and went grill chicken . And tables and restaurant was filthy . And food taste bad also service was lousy. I advise not to go I been eating pollo for a long time this was the worst restaurant ever.

The drive thru line every night is the slowest Ive ever seen! These people cannot multitask! Sometimes up to 30 minutes wait! Always being told "hold on", this makes me never want to wait they are good but not that good to wait this long!

Just as busy as all the other Pollo Tropicals. Everything fresh and fully cooked. Just double check when you order to go that all of your items are in the bag but Ive never had an issue when something is missing and gone back.

Quick, cheap, and most importantly healthier alternative. Not the friendliest service but much better than other fast food rests! My weekness are the sauces kinda kills the whole point of a healthier meal but gotta love them!

Something needs to be done about quicker service. Everynight the lines are insane inside and in the drive thru. Great Helpful Staff.
