After a reasonable first visit to this location, a few weeks ago, we decided to go back for a quick dinner. The last time, I ordered the chicken tenders which were standard KFC fare - nothing special but edible. It would have been a 3 star experience. Weve seen a lot of ads on TV lately for the boneless chicken. They always show big tender breast meat, properly coated, juicy, etc. So, we decided to try them. When we got them, I noticed the first piece was quite flat, had a heavy coating and was covered with an oil slick. It turned out to be a flattened thigh, with an overly salted, heavy crust. The texture was questionable as to the doneness, so I didnt eat it. The next piece actually was breast meat. If a breast is properly cooked, it shouldnt be tough, which this was. It was also just slightly undercooked - not to the point of being dangerous, but just unappealing. If nothing else, I can always depend on their light, fluffy biscuits, but even that was a let down. It was about half the volume as usual. Sigh, I love a good biscuit, especially if the chicken is a disappointment. This was definitely a one star night, so Ive averaged them out. That being said, we wont be going back to this location. In fact, we probably wont go to any KFC for the foreseeable future.

Used the drive-thru during lunch place was not busy. Even with car turned off could not understand woman on speaker. Spoke with heavy accent and very faint. Place had no Mountain dew, no diet Pepsi, she kept saying " all we have is regular Pepsi" She totally got my order wrong. Told me " well this is what you ordered??". Sorry I dont pay for food I did not ask for or want. Whoever is working the drive thru really should not. Drove away hungry. I feel bad for the owner of this place. Most likely the owner has no clue this place is being horribly mis-managed. And if they do they deserve to go out of business. What is wrong when they have only one drink available and its 11:55am ?? Huge disappointment, Dont go here unless you speak ebonics.

I drive to north Lauderdale just because their service is on point. Margate location where I live is a joke! I waited an hour just to order at the Margate location more than once. After the second time I said bump it north Lauderdale location is much better. ☺

This KFC sucks every time i buy food from his location my food is either cold or not fully cooked well. I dislike this KFC location and i dont plan on eating from there again the employees always look dirty and they are always having attitudes.

Not great food . and if you use the drive thru please double check your order before you pull off. many times i got home only to return with the wrong order or missing items.
