I was never greeted once I entered the KFC. But you can never expect much when youre dealing with a fast food restaurant. When I started to order my meal, I was told that they were out of chicken and biscuits. Im sorry, but this is KFC you can be out of the biscuits but chicken is no excuse. After my meal was ordered and I was patiently waiting for my meal, 15 minutes later I was told they were out of the sides that I requested. At that point I was upset. The tables were dirty the trash was over filled and over flowing. The lids and straws were a mess and totally disgusting. once I sat down to eat the lady that took my order came over to tell me, "once Im done eating, leave my crap on the table!" Her name might of deja a young African American girl with poofy black hair. It was just a totally bad experience so I had to leave and ate my food outside in my car. Horrible, bad service.

My meal came out there was an issue it was too burnt I was going to give this place a horrible review but I spoke with a sweet woman named Lindsay she might have been the manager Im not sure but I brought it to her attention and she immediately without any hesitation begin cooking me a fresh order coming out and presenting it to me while I was sitting with my family with a polite smile she handed it over and it was perfect thank you Lindsay it was your attitude and quick thinking that made a man that is quick to write negative review about a company disappointed to extremely satisfied

It just took us over 30 minutes to get our food. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant in the amount of time it took! The staff seemed like they had no idea what was going on! Im not even sure the guy operating the computer knows how to read. They were making so many mistakes and taking so long they had to give away so much free food. I cant express how terrible the service is here. Never again!

Very dirty. I got a chicken sandwich that had part pink colored meat. Got a refund and a food poisoning. Thank you. My niece went to the ladys restroom and took a picture of something that looked like feces on the floor. Tables and chairs were sticky and the staff was totally overwhelmed with just a couple of customers. We wrote to KFC customer service, but they never replied.

35 minutes to get our food from waiting in line to actually receiving our food. They made us pull ahead, said it would be 3 minutes. 17 minutes later we went in to complain and then we still had to wait even longer. On top of that the sofas were flat and the wrong drinks for our order. 8 cars left the drive before we went back in.

Almost every time I go here they get something wrong and its generally from the KFC side... I understand you should check your order before leaving, but almost every single time I get home I notice they forgot something or gave me corn instead of the side I actually asked for... Getting my return then never coming back.

Ive ordered from this KFC/TACO BELL a view times, service is on the cusp of fair and the food is sometimes a hit or miss, sometimes you will get, old biscuits, old chicken, etc...I would recommend checking your order before you go to avoid any suprises. Overall not a bad place for a quick bite.

Waited 20 min in drive thru just to be told at window we are out of pop corn chicken West will substitute for fresh chicken tenders, that was a lie overcooked along with the rest of the chicken I ordered. Sad they have one job and cant get that right

This place has been slowly improving, the drive thru was pretty fast the last time I was there. And they had the full menu from both KFC and Taco Bell available, there must be a change of owners or management.
