Girl taking order asked what drinks we wanted but then didnt ring it up as a combo so we ended up not getting our drink. Then asked us for $2 more when we already over paid she owed us change. Took 3 employees to figure it out while the manager just stood there looking right at the mess and not saying a damn thing. No hot sauce was even offered. I got like 5 french fries in my meal. I like popeyes food but hate their service in every location. Never again. People that work there dont care and arent very bright.

I had a bad experience with this location.... I went Thur the drive thru order and paid... And then I was told that it will be about 4 mins So they made me pull up and wait for my order. 14 mins had passby and they never came out to give me my order, so I went inside and talk to the young lady tha took my order and when she saw me , she said ... Oh we forgot his order!! So I ended asking them for a refund because they didnt have my order ready after over 14 mins ...

Literally the people taking orders in the drive thru must be dumbasses. I order two $5 box, and ask for Mash & gravy && red beans and rice. They repeat the order for me twice && then when i open my box i have FRENCH FRIES in both my boxes. Soggy ass disgusting french fries. Like were yall bot taught to listen. Other then that, Chicken && Biscuit were fresh

I was thoroughly satisfied with this Popeyes. Even though I came when they were very busy, the staff were still polite and courteous as well as they continued to greet everyone that walked in the door. The establishment was very clean which is unusual for a fast food restaurant and the manager was hands on in the kitchen. Bravo!

I would give this place no stars if it were possible. One star is good only because there is actually food served. I placed my order at 7:05pm and got my food at 8pm. How do you not have chicken ready to serve your customers at a fast food chiclen restaurant. Needless to say this will be the last time I order from this place.

Last night I went to this store and ordered the 9 piece meal. However this morning my wife discovered that the cashier double charged her card. We made the complaint and our bank will only honor one charge. So whoever go to this Popeyes please be careful to check your bank account statements.

I showed up at 2115. BEFORE that. And they closed the lobby door. I asked the guy why?? He ignores me like I wasnt there. HORRIBLE customer service. But thats what you get when you deal with ghetto people. Never again.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a 8 piece and the lady Stephanie charged me twice. I believe they charge you twice and think you wont catch it and they actually pocket the second charge. Thankful for text alerts!!!!!!!

Pretty good. Never had a major issue with this location. After 11pm they do "manger specials" to get rid of the chicken. 10 pieces for 5.99 and they throw in a biscuit or 2. Cant complain.
