I used to love e this place until.. I decided to stop in to grab a Mexican chop before I went home. I ordered he large so there would be no holds barred on the fixings. The manager proceeded to prep the dish. When it came to the chicken ....he sliced the top portion of the breast in half and proceeded to mince the meat. At any other spot ,no one would ration chicken like that (not even Pollio Tropical) .especially when you are ordering a deluxe plate and a large at that. He told me that the chicken is portion controlled and it would cost me $2.50 to free the remaining piece of the chicken breast from bondage .The sad part is that it was closing time...with stacks of chicken breast unused not to mention the one and a half piece on the chopping block that he returned to the grill. If this was the lunch rush...I may not have taken it so personal. However, at the end of the night when unused meat is going to chill with the Prom Night Dumpster Baby, there is no excuse for not going the extra mile ...screw that the rest of the initial mile in the pursuit of customer satisfaction. The regular crew has always delivered awesome customer service. However , in the words of the Legendary Al Sunshine....SHAME , SHAME SHAMMME SHAME ON YOU PALM SPRINGS MILE CHICKEN KITCHEN MANAGER!

I cant believe they charged me for mustard curry sauce!!!! Wow, can you believe the maniger actually told me if I want FREE sauce to use the bottle of hot sauce next to the free napkins. WTF is going on here at Chicken Kitchen. I was actually contemplating opening up one of these restraints in NC so I drove 15 miles to check it out. This is my 3rd location in one week but after this experience it may be my last...C"Mon Man you dont charge for $AUCE.. $11.00 for rice and chopped up chicken that to say the least was far from satisfying.. Good Luck selling your sauce....... 0 STARS

I use to work here for some time please dont come here! The Chicken is left for days after being cooked, once I accidently dropped the chicken on the floor my boss made me give it to a customer he was trying to save chicken and not throw it away. He would treat all the employees horrible he wouldnt even let me wear gloves since i would waste them. It was the worst experience of my life i never had to deal with such a filthy, horrible job after working here i would pledge to never buy from the nasty food here

What a horrible experience. I ordered the cheapest meal they had yet when i got to the front they rang it up as a pricier one and added extra costs for extra cheese i didnt get. Did i mention the manager came up to his employee and told him he was giving to much chicken. Smh i told the guy " i didnt order a kids meal". He gave me a nasty look and walked away.. The place smells dirty and nothing friendly about them. Did i mention them prices?! I prefer the one in Miami Lakes %100

This Chicken Kitchen is by far the worst Ive ever been too price and employee wise. The 2 guys that cook/serve your food are disrespectful and inappropriate. When you order if your on phone call ie: Business related they will tell you to get off the phone and pay attention, even though you just told them your order. Seen him do it multiple times, its so disgusting and disrespectful. I will never go back here and will tell everyone the same. Go to Chipotle right down the street.

High prices, undercooked foul tasting food, frugal disheveled looking teenage employees who dont peaky any eng-less or understand the importance of coutesy. That about sums up my experience in this morbid eatery. This unholy, unethical establishment does not deserve the one star that Ive awarded it. If you are reading this.review ill leave you with one last piece of advice... STAY AWAY!!!! Go to Pollo Tropical instead.

Unfortunately, google doesnt allow zero star, so I have to give them 1 star, which they do not deserve. staff not welcoming. VERY VERY RUDE. Prices are TO HIGH. They have a guy standing outside today holding a $4.99 sign. This will not help them. What they need to do is to hire staff that knows customer service, that are friendly and price reduction among their menu. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE.

The cooks that work there are douchebags and take forever to take your order, especially when they decide to have a conversation instead of serving you. The woman that works there, oh my god, she is the worst cashier Ive ever seen. She sits down all day, she continues the conversation with the workers so they take longer to cook, ugh! The food is good though, and its the closest near my house.

I love chicken kitchen with the exception of this restaurant its so bad and such a waste of money. They have higher prices than others and the service and food is horrible. I have eaten here three times and I still cant find something good to say. The guy that serves the food is such a rip off, puts four pierces of chicken. the best one is either the one in Flagler or Miami garden drive.

They say they deliver, but refuse to deliver to my business well within their 3 mile radius. The Delivery driver is a jerk and refuses to partake in a normal conversation and chooses to argue and raise his voice. The food is alright not even worth arguing. I just ordered from somewhere else.

The young men that make and serve the food are extremely rude and inappropriate, obnoxious and ghetto, their prices are too high and the lady at the cash register doesnt know what shes doing. Horrible experience. Will never return.

Food here is home-made. Everything is fresh and that is what care about. Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. They have a special going on that after 4 pm you can get the second meal have the price.
