This location is by far the best location I have eaten at in the state of Flat. I have traveled through out the this state and have had some issues with other store . by far this store is the cleanest and well maintained. Other location have been dirty to down right discussing. Always I have notified the location managers but upon trying so said locations nothing or little was improved on. You would the corporate would have regional quality control????. Maybe they do but like the "bad" stores, but their inconsistent or just dont care. The food tastes differ trim store to store. Some I had to "drown" the chicken I BBQ sauce because the seasoning was so strong and bad. Others the chicken was over cooked and tasteless. This store on Park Blvd has always delived on quality meals. I now drive out of my way to eat here when in town rather than visit the store on Waters Ave, (which is dreadful, the condiments station is messy. Onions look as if they have soaked in water for hours, sauces and are empty frequently). I did speak with Steve the manager of the Park Blvd just to compliment him and this location. Job well done. Food is superior to other stores and it is consistent. Corporate needs more management like him and overhaul its quality control and standardize them. But most of all check stores to see if standards are being followed. Again thank you Steve for listening and kudos on your team, they were pleasant and service was with a smile.

This place is a joke. I ordered through the drive thru.. In the middle of giving my order she shouts out my total. I explained I was in the process of ordering. She replied "well then order". She was very rude and nasty and was laughing through the rest of my order. I finally asked for her name and she went silent. She did not come back on the speaker. I drove around to the window and a younger girl was smiling. She told me my total . I ask for the name of the woman that took my order. She replied " she was not allowed" . Behind her stood an Hispanic woman wearing what appeared to be a teal/blue polo. She was laughing and making comments in my view. I asked if the woman behind her was the manager. She said yes. I asked if that was the woman that took my order.. The young girl rolled her eyes, smiled and nodded her head. Being a manager this kind of behavior and service is unexceptable. If the manager treats the guest like crap I cant even imagine how the rest of the crew treats everyone. Dont waste your time.. We are inconveniencing the store and they really dont want our money and business

This is an overdue review of my favorite "quick food" restaurant. Every time excellent service serving healthy and hearty meals, Id have a hard time finding a sitdown restaurant that served better food consistently.. I get the boneless chicken with sauteed onions with yellow rice and red beans. The chicken is NOT some machined processed chicken; its pure and plentiful and always well prepared. I get the yellow rice which has large pieces of broccoli and is a perfect side dish. The food is quality and well prepared so it has great natural flavors. But if you desire more flavor there are many tasty sauces to pile on, if thats your thing. I wish there was a Pollo Tropical everywhere there is a Mac Donalds. America would be a healthier and happier place eating like this. Im one picky eater and this place never disappoints. Thank you for all the great meals and vote Donald Trump.

The food was good and the portions were great but it was almost not worth the ordering hassle. The online system would not work and it would not take a discount code that the website itself sent me! I had to call my order in and then the code would not go on at the store because they called it a catering order and not an online order, even though the phone representative told me it was placed on my order. Also the sauce area was really messy and most of the sauces were gone. I had to get the sauces myself because my online order was not ready when they estimated it would be, I even came ten minutes after the estimated time. I may try this place again but I will not try this location.

had the worst experience dining at a Pollo Tropical. At this location. Seems like Floridians dont know about customer service . Restaurant manager did not even apologized for my complain about how nasty and dirty the tables were not to mention the salsa bar. Everything looked nasty and dirty my grilled chicken was burnt rice was uncooked and the corn sufflee tasted funny Next time I am skipping this place on my dining choices . I asked the manager twice : he added he had nothing to say without even apologizing.That would not happened in TN. But here id florida seems like no one apologizes for bad service.

Very Americanized for a Hispanic food joint.I had both the chicken cesear wraps and the chicken queso wrap. The cesear was dry but the chicken was very moist, I had to have the cilantro garlic sauce with it, it was very delicious. also the chicken queso was very good. I also had the ribs with Brown rice and a tomato and red onion in balsamic vinegar. the brown rice rated like it came out of the box while the tomato in the vingrette was very good. As well as the ribs they were moist and you could have extra bbq sauce on the side if needed, I surely did.

Just came back from that place. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Pollo Tropical, starting with the employee rushing us to order and then not giving us plasticware, but thats not the worst part. Our chicken was so burnt we couldnt even eat it. The drumsticks looked like a piece of charcoal, sweet plaintains were super cold and the tres leches tasted old, like it had been in the refrigerator for months. Very dissapointing, NEVER going back to this one.

This rating is NOT pertaining to the food but the cleanliness of this location. Ive been coming here for years and it was beautiful after its remodel but now, not so much. The seats are ripped and I saw n employee dump condiments someone left on the condiment table back into the container. Ive been very disappointed my last few times. Sticky floors, dirty tables, and garbage on the floor. The food is AMAZING but they beed to step it up in the dining room.

Ordered grilled cesarean got something totally different and im in a rush horrible customer service check your bag before you leave this place!! Steven could give 2 fs about the issue yeah thank you for writing my name down no how about Handel the real problem the employees you have no control of I will be reaching out to corporate so these idiots can double check the food before u get all the way home and is SOL horrible horrible experience worst ever!!

I usually eat or take out here but last night Sunday 11/10/13 poor service they are open until 11pm I got there at 10:25pm and they had 1 chicken, no tea, all the condiments were put up and out of many other sides items..also we could not even walk on the floor it was soak and wet from the two mop buckets that were in front of the register. Manager acted as if she did not want to service us. As if we were interrupting their closing process.
