Matt smith is a horrible general manager! Several times I have gone to this store and all I see him doing is oggling the younger female staff. My understanding from the old general manager is that this man was fired from his last job for sleeping with an under age employee. He only hires underaged females for car-hops, some that do not even do their jobs properly, because he likes to look at the way they are. He is also a very bad liar and makes everyone around him feel like they are stupid. I have complained to him and he has always blames it on the other workers saying they are incompetent and they will be handled. If the employees dont know how to do their jobs because their general manager does not know how to train them then how is it the employees fault. The only good manager there was cassie. She always made me feel like I was important and handled all her employees like they should be handled and never blamed anyone for a mistake if she didnt know whos fault it was. I will never go to this store ever again after I heard how they fired her for a complaint made by a customer because she could not shut down the store do to there being dairy products on some of the equipment and then after Matt smith told her to lie and she didnt, they fired her. Matt smith will be the reason this store is shut down he does not know how to deal with his employees or customers and they do themost stupid thing and fire the only person keeping that store from falling. I hope that karma comes and takes you for all that you have.

Worst sonic yet! Its really terrible how a company that has the potential to be so good, with great food and retro cool service as a drive in, can always ruin the mood. With my experiences every sonic Ive been to takes a little longer than whats normal for a typical fast food joint. If your trying to be different slower isnt the different you WANT! I ordered 2 large strawberry slushes today and after seven minutes with NO human interaction after ordering I had to drive off since I was on my way to work. One person was just wandering around doing nothing and a girl was running around like crazy skating in and out trying her best...every time I go here its like this...HELLO...if your running behind which they were not since I was the only one in line but if you are, have customer service at least and quickly make contact with the customer to let us know whats going on....no wonder the whole sonic company as a whole is going under...bad service, bad business....

Honestly so happy that the older manager, Cassy, is gone. She was the worst employee I had to experience as a customer. Now Matt is hands down the best manager at this Sonic. Never have I seen him "oggle" at female employees. The man is quite professional and takes his job seriously, from what I can see. Ive had a chat with him before, and hes such a nice man. Considering what another reviewer had said about him sleeping with a minor... the minor ended up being his wife and she is at a legal age. I admit the service is a bit slow and has their mistakes, but take into consideration that other restaurants make mistakes as well. I will give this fast food restaurant a wonderful 5 stars!!

Very disappointed, after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for my #1 burger, it wasnt made as ordered. So i sent it back an waited another 10 to 15 minutes. At that time the rest of my party was finished, an ready to go. So i asked for a refund an waited another 10 minutes. But the manager didnt even have the courtesy to come out and give me my refund themselves Normally I wouldnt complain or write this but this is my third trip to this location and they have not got my burger right once out of three trips. Im sorry but its not that God damn hard to not put mayonnaise on a burger

This restaurant needs new management. it is ridiculous to have to wait for 15 minutes for two hot dogs at the drive through. This is during non-peak hours. Every once in a while I get a taste for a hot dog. Sonics Chicago style hot dogs are very good, but they are not worth waiting 15 minutes for!!! I have been eating at Sonic restaurants since the late 70s in Southeast Texas where I loved their Jalapeño Burgers. If something cant be done about putting fast back into fast food, I guess Im done with Sonic....at least this one. POd in Port Richey

So I really wanted sonic......But the few times I went there I heard the manager lady cursing at the employees. I was at the drive thru window and could hear very well. I decide to never return. Ok.... Im pregnant and really didnt want to drive too far for a chili cheese tot. So I looked at the hours on Google. I was so happy to see they fired the manager (Cassy). She was always so rude!!! I will be coming for more chili cheese tots daily. Thank you for making my next few months manageable!!!!

Sadly, I spit the food out. Just a simple hot-dog order....Chicago style. It tool 30 minutes to get the food and when I did it must have been sitting in the window for most of the time. I can only assume since the bread was mush. This was my second attempt at a Sonic. Different location the time before and it also took forever but...the hot dog was delicious. I will likely not be going to sonic for a hotdog. Ill just make my own at a 7-11 or something. Bummer.

I dont know how they are still open. Only close drive-thru for the neighborhood is all I can assume? Almost everytime I go there is a problem, thier employees dont ever know anything about the menu. Try and question anything about a sandwich or how many mozzarella stick or jalapeno poppers come in a size know one ever knows. They take forever for food and thier customer service needs work. It seems like more of a hangout than a work space.

Went through the drive-thru yesterday, at around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. It was not busy, and Id been there before and had to wait like twenty minutes for food in the parking spots and figured Id give the drive thru a chance. Im sorry, but it shouldnt take nearly ten minutes for an iced tea and limeade in the drive thru. They need a sense of urgency when theyre working, either that or somebody in management needs to get shaken up.

Love the shakes! Oh the milk shakes are good to! Haha yes the food at sonic is great and when I lived in Maryland a few years ago we got our 1st sonic. They had to have traffic control for over 3 months. People know this chain and the quality of its food. Want the best hot dog you can get (besides Anns dairy cream in glen burnie Maryland) this is the place. Sorry burger king those grill dogs dont compare to a coney!

Made our entire order wrong....again....how hard is it to make a turtle pecan blast? Its pecans, chocolate chips and caramel....thats it. Not only did they make it wrong but, we had to wait 30 minutes for the remade correct one. Then sent sweet tea back, never got it back left after 45 minutes of waiting...... awful service! Every time we go here something is made incorrectly! Ridiculous!!
