Beat Street

630pm on a Sunday and they are out of the promotional menu item that gets you in the door. This store is badly managed, avoid at all cost. Waste of time, money and complete aggravation. Had to go to Publix for 8 piece for less than 8 dollars. 8 piece at Popeyes is double the price. Bad services and overpriced. Shame on you Popeyes!

It suck we waited over 17 min and our food was still not ready ever one else was getting their food but us when I ask for our money back manager made it seem like we never order our food from there could not find our order even though I give her our recipient she give us a hard time will never go there again

I use to like popeyes. But it seems like the size of the chicken pieces are much smaller than they use to be. And why dont they have the same deals in florida as they do in texas, such as 9 pieces for $9.99? And my side of green beans was only half filled. I felt I was ripped off.

Chicken is never hot and they never have promotion items , its a fast food chicken restaurant how can you run out of chicken and why do you have to wait for the chicken to be cooked should have enough cooked in advanced for a busy crowd , enough said wont eat there again.

My daughter picked up family meal we had agreed on. Drivethru blocked by truck. Had to go in. Waited very long time and we had wrong order when she finally got home with food. Very unsatisfied family. They dont seem to know how to run the place.

Will never eat at another popeyes again. Quality was bad along with cleanliness of store. Dining room and bathroom a mess. Also carbonation for soda should never run out especially in the middle of a holiday weekend. Very poorly managed.

Per their house they opened at 10am. I pulled in He drive thru at 10:42 and the worker told me they wouldnt be open for another 10 mins. Very unprofessional to run a business and open later than what your hours are.

Went tonight about 8:45ish... ordered 3 piece spicy dinner, paid extra for a breast@ well breast small. However the kicker..... my Chicken was burnt. All of it ! Errr... not HAPPY

The food is spicy when you ask for spicy. The serving size is generous like most Popeyes restaurants. Orders are filled accurately and quickly.
