5 star gourmet it aint, but when youve got a hankering for deep fried 11 herbs and spices, its one of the best places in the Columbus area. 3 stars moved to four because of consistently some of the best customer service Ive ever received at a fast food joint. Only one hickup, they dont make a bunch of chicken in advance so if you hit them during a lunch or dinner rush youre going to wait awhile.

My boyfriend and I came in about twenty minutes before the dining room closed. However, we were still greeted with smiles & the food was served hot! We sat comfortably, and ate our late dinner, in a clean atmosphere. The lady behind the counter (maybe the manager) wished us a good night. Perfect! This restaurant could be an example for all service places.

Several times now we have gone to pick up dinner here and they cant fill an order of 12 pieces around 5:00pm which is completely unacceptable. The employees dont seem to care about this on-going issue and have done nothing to better prepare themselves for the evening rush. Very disappointed in service!

The last time I order a chocolate cake with my 16 piece meal, I paid for it and then the manager returned to the window to tell me that they wouldnt have any more chocolate cakes until 2 days later. I got my money back but I really wanted some chocolate cake.

Really good service even during a rush. They were a little short on what I wanted. They advised that a fresh batch of the extra crispy chicken would be up in less than 10 minutes. I offered to wait so they filled the entire order from the fresh batch.

My wife has had very bad service with this location lady was very rude to us after messing up the order twice in a week and talked under her breath when we showed her the order was wrong if you hate your job find another

If I could I would give them 0 stars it was very slow and a long wait and even after I waited so long the food was nasty and they messed up my order never going back to that KFC my stomach still hurts from their food.

I got Food Poisoning from here.I questioned eating the chicken since it looked very dry and old, but was very hungry and didnt want to complain. I fully regret my decision.

The service here is always terrible. Always takes forever to get your food. As for the quality, its KFC, its the same fried chicken as you know and love.

Counter was dirty. Someone had spilled soda on the floor in front of the register and a caution thing was in front of it but no attempt to clean it up.
