Good fried chicken place! Its mostly fresh made. I believe so it takes a few. I honestly believe if true southerners worked here, the service would be much better than other folks have stated. I think the problem most folks are having with theyre service, is like with most southern restaurants and facilities that have these issues. They have mostly doodles whos parents moved down here or grandparents who moved down from up north. Or they them selves, moved down from up north. Doodles arent know for hospitality and manners to much. Or theyre good workmanship. I mean look what yum brands did to Long John Silvers. Now that theyre there own entity again, theyre doing a bit better. I think thats the issue with some workers here. You need real southerners to run a southern fried chicken place. But the food is great at Popeyes. Love it! I would just admit they dont know jack about food and hospitality up north. They like obscure cuts of beef like London broil for pete sake or a million wing joints to compare. Southern it up. FL is a southern state. And did supply food to the confederate army. Doodles are, just doodles. Born with a wild hair up there butt.

Worst service ever. One girl who barely speak English is in front, not only taking orders inside, but also filling the orders! She repeats the order to you, wrong, more than once, and then has to turn around and put the order together. Same thing with the ONE girl working the drive thru. When the credit card machine at the front register jams, someone from the back comes help and does t bother to help the one girl in the front. Then 2 people, who are clearly friends of the manager, comes thru a side door and miraculously 2 managers appear, but only to help fix their free food. No help for either the backed up drive thru, or the now backed up front. Those ladies left with a ton of free food in less than 10 minutes (they chatted a while and played with their phones with the managers). I was there for minimum 30 minutes to place an order for 2 people. Looks like the guys fixing the food were doing a good job. Thats all I can say good about this experience. Never returning and from the looks of previous reviews, they need new management. You know, ones that actually WORK.

6:45 pm..car in front if us in drive-thru set there several minutes and finally said "hello" and was asked to pull to window. We sat there another several minutes while listening to employees yell at each other through the speaker. My husband said "hello" and we were also asked to pull to window. Out of chicken..20 minute wait. Everybody loves chicken! Its dinner time. Keep your supply up!

The are manager wont allow the staff at this particular Popyes to put gravy on your dirty rice. They want to charge you $2+ for an additional side item and them begrudgingly they will do it. Longest wait time and rude counter people at this particular location. Stay away lets not encourage this shister no Tallent manager. Regards, Joe

Ill try again because I know how awesome Popeyes is, but, I dont know if I caught them at a bad time or what but my order wasnt good. I got the special for that month, the Chicken and Waffles tenders... they were barely hot, and I never got the honey sauce...I got jam instead? Not sure what the connection is there.

Waited 15 min in the dive through for a 30.00 12 piece meal. Horrible service, poor management. Do not make the mistake of stopping her. Rude employees, especially the girl working the drive through on 3/31/16 at 10:54 A.M. So rude. She never said hello, thank you, nothing. Most rude employee I have ever met.

I have been going to Popeyes Chicken weekly for the past 14 years. The experience I had on Thursday night was beyond bad. Everything from profanity through the drive thru window to the order being cold and not anywhere near what we ordered. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY!

Had to keep repeating my order at the drive thru because she couldnt wait for me to speak or finish speaking. When she wasnt trying to talk over me she was coughing her head off. Not a pleasant sound on my end. Other than that our order was ready and spot on.

Disgusting! Extremely slow. Asked for tea over and over again and were ignored. Every table is dirty. Broom and dust pan left out. Rags on tables. Piles of dirt on the floor. Some lady in the back continues to yell, has the employees scattered. No direction.

the popeyes chicken on Ulmerton dont even show up on google. so I will post my review here. very simply it smells like sewer water inside the place. I couldnt eat inside. and when I asked the manager he told me that yes it was the sewer. lol. wow!

After spending 20 minutes in the drive thru, behind two other cars, I got home to discover they forgot to put in our biscuits. I understand they were short staffed but management should call in replacements for those who didnt show up to work.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 min by the speaker (only one car at the window) and no one ever got my order. This facility needs some major training! Food is good but not worth being ignored for.
