I come here for lunch all the time. Maybe its just the time of day, but its usually dead. Im pretty sure theres only one host and one waiter during the day because its always been the same 2 people when Ive come. The service is fast, but not outstanding. The food though is wonderful. The bean dip that they bring out with the salsa is AMAZING! And the salsa is also fantastic. I judge Mexican restaurants by their salsa, and Casa Ole delivers. I have a running joke with my fiancé that the cheese is "Jesus cheese, delivered straight from heaven itself." Whatever cheese they use, its perfect. And the meat is always great. I love the authentic decor around the restaurant. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Pensacola! Definitely recommend.

Want great Mexican food with fast service. Ive been here multiple times and always come back when I want some Mexican food. What I always liked is the solid wood tables which add to the ambiance. Prices are great and shortly after you sit they bring you chips, salsa and some delicious black bean dip. The portion sizes are filling for a lunchtime and never more than $10. You never have to look for anyone when you want a refill for your water or ice tea-someone always seems be be nearby. Like a Ninja in the shadows. I always like to try different things from the large selection on the menu and Ive never been disappointed.

I enjoyed my meal at Case Ole although I didnt necessarily find it to be rave worthy. The burrito I had was good although not the most filled. It was a shredded beef burrito yet shredded to the point that it could have been mistaken for ground beef. Not a complaint particularly, just a note. I would say that I found the seasoning of the burritos beef contents to be rather on the timid side. I chose the Burrito Supreme and asked for it wet. I was surprised that it came with no sides, but went ahead and ordered Mexican rice and refried beans on the side nonetheless.

My Family Likes Mex Food i ordered, a steak with a salad and fries, they not only had dressing, or a1 or any steak sauce the were very rude, Im not into Mex food and just wanted to eat they bring me barbuce sauce and some kinda ketchup and dressing for my salad i have never seen in my life, and the food was COLD, i would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, i am a firm believer in anyone who wants to come to this country they should be able to but they need to learn ENGLISH period if not go back where they come from

I thought the food was good and it came out quickly. But their one man live entertainment that is there on Saturdays, I could have done without. He played a variety of instruments which itself wasnt bad, but he also sang. I really wish he stuck with the instruments cause his singing reminded me of bad karaoke. Out of tune, inconsistent volume, and just generally poor singing. I will avoid eating there on Saturdays from now on if he is the regular entertainment.

Always loved coming here on Wednesday night for dollar Margaritas. We went for my girlfriends birthday and had the absolute worst service. The server would stop by every 20 mins or so, we had to go refill our own drinks. When it was time to go, he messed up our checks and when we asked him to fix it, he told us that we were all CHEAP and swore at us. Id give them another shot because the food is priced appropriately but the service is terrible.

Pitiful service, not friendly, no "hi" or "hello my name is...", didnt try to sell drinks or appetizers. Ordered cheese enchiladas, food came out about 5 minutes later, if that, cheese wasnt melted, still in shreds, food was warm but not hot. Tasted like most Mexican chain restaurants, bland and boring. Hands down one of the crappiest Mexican restaurant Ive ever been too.

Almost perfect authentic Mexican food. So much better than La Hacienda! My only complaint is the certain smell that kept coming through in waves. It wasnt the food, but seemed to come from the kitchen since that is where we were sitting. Hope they can tackle that issue so the restaurant doesnt lose any business.

Whomever wrote the poor review stating that the food was not fresh and the guac came from the grocery aisle is absolutely incorrect. The service is awesome! My family has been eating there for seven years. If you dont like the guacamole, ask for fresh avocado. Theyll bring it to you.

Only reason I gave one star is because it wont let me give 0 stars. Ask for fish tacos what came out was rancid funky tuna in a can . A worker who spoke very good English inquired but did nothing . Dont easy your money just drive another 3miles to that place across from the airport.

Love the 2 for 1 margarita Saturday! Unlimited bean dip, salsa and chips rock. Love the shredded beef tacos too. Dont care for the guy they have saturday nights singing and playing music though. very outdated guy and not so good. But I keep going back for the margaritas!

Love this place. The waiter took our order without writing it down so we where sceptical...but when our food arrived it was exactly how we wanted it..and it was also very good. We went back the next night and will continue going here. Service and food is excellent!!!!

Ive been going there for 3 years and at the start it was good. That being said the service and the meal you get have gone down hill badly. Ive been loyal but not anymore, Im cutting my loses and going to the Mexican spot on Airport Blvd by PSC.

Good Tex Mex, but dont expect much from the service. The restaurant decor is traditional style but they put paper handwritten signs on the walls which detract. Excellent lunch specials with delicious burritos are consistently good.

The food is good for the price. Service is sparse but if you can get their attention they will keep the chips & salsa full. Not the friendliest but youll be in & out full & satisfied. I do go often because it is fast & convenient.

Another Americanized Mexican place but the food is good and the service is good. The quail is really awesome if you dont mind picking meat off of the tiny bones. Messy quail, but wonderful and reasonably priced.

The food here is no where near as good as La Hacenda. The prices are a little lower, and the portions larger, but Id recommend any of the Last Hacenda locations over it - and theres one less than a mile away.

The staff are friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions are large. I have been eating here at least once a month for the last six months; and I always leave full and happy. Love this place!

Id recommend just going to La Hacienda - right down the street (if its Sunday you wont have that option). The food here is ok, and a good value, but your TexMex cravings will be better satisfied elsewhere.

We always sit at the bar. The bartender there is Susie. Shes great! Everything weve tried there has been good and the atmosphere is fairly quiet for a mexican restaurant.

Lousy service. Subpar food. Nothings fresh, guac from the grocery isle. Salty food , served room temperature. Would visit ANY other restaurant before this one.
