Well, I had some carry out for the first time in a long time, they use to be tasty and fill up the carry out plate worth the money, but tonight I barely had any meat, chicken nor chips, I had about a tinch of sour cream, it didnt taste good like it use to + they took for ever to answer the phone, I know on a Friday evening they were probably busy but if you want to run a good business, you shouldnt take that long and sound rude when you answer the phone. What is happening? they use to be one of my favorite places to eat!

We are here at least once a week, if not twice, & this is the best customer service ever! The food is awesome! The salsa is great I love it on everything, my daughter loves the cheese dip, my BETTER half loves the special chips Poncho makes for her, & he also makes the best fresh guacamole dip. Poncho is one of the best servers around!! Carlos runs in second!! Hugo is awesome & fun to hang out with! We miss Lalo! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! 10 STARS!!

My mother and I have had an overall amazing experience with Lahacienda. The owner Hugo is so courteous and inviting and gives quick seating. Our Waiter Alex is exceptional at his job. He has such a great personality and is so helpful with picking out menu items. Also the food was heanvenly. They always manage to give me the best experience a restaurant can offer. I always leave with a smile on my face and a full tummy

My takeout order was not fulfilled correctly. When I called back to resolve the issue. the manager was extremely unprofessional, and tried to blame me for his restaurants mistake. I wouldnt suggest supporting a company with such poor customer relations.

I have been eating there since the restaurant opened. It is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten in & I have eaten in Mexican restaurants from here to Arizona. There is none better. Hugo is a wonderful person & so is his staff.

Food was excellent, margaritas were refreshing. Server was cordial. Cockroach on my plate was lively and medium sized. Came back a week later. Food was great. Carlos and George must be good, but Enrique was great.

Love LaHaCienda, Hugo the owner and Carlos is our favorite server. My family has been eating here since I was a little girl, so 15+ yrs. I recommend you try the Benji, its not on the menu. Its delicious!!

Just your average Mexican-American fare. The veggie fajitas were really good. Guacamole was a tad brown but it still tasted good. Service was also good. Good place for Mexican food and a margarita.

The management is top notch and very friendly. The molcahete azteca is great, inexpensive and will feed 2 easily. The wait staff is fun and ready for anything you throw at them.
