First time eating at Chipotle. The staff was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. The food was good and fresh, which I really liked. I really liked the amount of food for the price too. I had enough for lunch and a snack later at home. But what really made me want to go back again was the customer service. They heard me saying that I had never been there before, and when I went to pay they said the meal was on them! I was shocked. I love when businesses will take a loss for a customer to provide them with good service. To me, it shows respect for my time and money. This restaurant gets an A+ from me!

We bought food here yesterday and it was tasteless. No salt de r seasoning at all. It was bland and plain. The meat was the same so bland yuck! The flavors Chipotle is well known were gone. We went home and had to open the burritos and add some seasoning. The guacamole was mashed avocado only, pretty disgusting. They should fired the cook and people who prepared this food. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN IN THIS CHIPOTLE. JUST CLOSE THE PLACE.

The steak in in the tacos was nasty, I had better steak at Taco bell. I called the manager and he said the steak is cooked medium rare. I told him that had nothing to do with it the meat quality was terrible and for $8.00 for three tacos not very good. Trying not to get sick the rest of the afternoon.

Went on Halloween wearing a costume for their $3 promotion. It was my first time at the restaurant. The food was delicious and I am impressed with how quickly they served the long line. I will definitely go back!

First and last time going there. Ordered online and picked up when told. Food was cold. Rice was hard. Steak in burrito was so tough I couldnt chew it. Way too expensive for crap food and service. Never again.

Great service. Amazing staff. Went in for lunch on a Saturday. Chicken wasnt ready yet so they gave me 2 meats for the price of 1. That says a lot about the place. Clean environment and great choice of music

The food at the Munster location taste better. Plus they give you more food at the Munster location. I normally cant finish the burrito bowl in one setting. A little disappointed with Portage location.
