We were greeted very nicely and courteously by the maitred. Our good impressions were immediately dashed by the poor treatment we received from the waiter. He started out cheerful and turned surly after he asked us why we were vegeyarians. He proceeded to make a case for eating meat and chicken and became very defensive. The food was heavy with vegetable shortening. The sauces were not fresh and tasted as if they had come out of a jar. The horchata was heavily sweetened with too much sugar. After finishing lunch we were not offered a desert or anything else and were rudely handed an over-priced check. I cant recommend this restaurant. The menu and the service would have to change dramatically before I would return to eat there again.

Popped in here just to check it out, we had a great experience. Service was fast and friendly (we have two young boys so fast is KEY with us). I loved my entre (taquitos), my husband ordered the Chimichanga and while he liked it, he was a little dissapointed with the size since it was a bit smaller than chimichangas at other restaurants. Normally it wouldnt have mattered since neither of us are over-eaters, but he skipped lunch that day and was extra hungry! The draft beer was served in ice cold mugs (just how I like it), the place was clean and decorated nicely, and best of all the prices were great for the value of the food. We will be going back again soon :)

Great food, terrible service. Tonight was the last time I will ever eat there. So tired of them getting my order wrong, having to ask for things like hot sauce four or five times, and only getting my drink filled when Im done eating. It just makes what would otherwise be a delicious meal more frustrating than enjoyable... Ive been putting up with it about once a month for the past 3 years (only because my girl loves it) so I have plenty of experience with this place. Believe when I tell you that if you actually want that extra side of sour cream you ordered, before your burrito is cold, you need to eat somewhere else.

The food was pretty good, but the service was HORRIBLE. The server was very rude and disrespectful. He asked me what I wanted to drink and my food and he gave my food, and never came back to ask how things were or if I needed a refill. I had to get up and ask some guy that worked there for a refill. And when he brought out my food he gave me my check and that was the next he came back. i will never come back to this restaurant again!!

The price may be good but the food is almost tasteless. The sauce was bland. I was very disappointed that there was barely any chicken in my enchilada. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant. Ive had New Mex and Cal-Mex food when I lived in the Southwest. Cancun is NOT true Mexican food. Ive abandoned all hope of finding ANY good Mexican food in Nashville.

I havent yet found a Mexican restaurant in Nashville that gets out of the "its okay" ranking. The stand out dish here is the queso, highly recommend that. Other than the queso the dining options are almost identical to the other Mexican restaurants in the area. If I come here its usually with a group and I order the queso and guacamole as my meal.

Nothing fancy here, but if youre looking for value youve found it. The quality of the food is there, though it can sometimes be hit or miss as to taste. One thing is sure though, youll never ding your budget dropping in. The Sunday brunch buffet serves a limited variety, but you get way more than what youre paying for.

We love Cancun! The Jims Nachos are the best. Cancun is Cancun; there may be better Mexican restaurants out there, but there is something about Cancun that makes it special. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive, the food selection is wide and the prices are great
