The restaurant is clean and very nice I give them credit on that Food its not that great especially Indian Cuisine the flavor of the food is the number one we word the thunder chicken is not good I have no flavor no taste and no salt they serve with the rice we asked them if they could exchange for rice for naan bread Unfortunately they say no whole chicken cost $20.99 and they cannot put gave bread this not good for the business customer service is not that great. I hope the owner of the restaurant should understand how to train employee and give quality food with a decent price thats going to keep you running you want the customer to come back over and over not one time and just remember dont try to be a rich from One customer try to be rich from multiple customer and thats should be the gold for any business owner I hope you train your employees the right way how restaurant industry note Indian and Pakistani way. I hope you guys take this note seriously Im not giving you more than one star I see a lot of restaurant comes and go I want us to succeed believe me Im telling you from bottom of my heart Im also restaurant owner and a business owner multiple business so I understand what it takes to build restaurant its one of the hardest business but if you do it right you will succeed and the most important thing your business is good as you how you and how you train your employee there there front runner of your business give them some training and show them the right way how to do customer service.

I had a very bad experience with this Restaurant , i had no issues with the food . Until some worst situation comes no one will know the real face of the human , that is what happened to me with this restaurant manager. On Dec 8th 2015 evening i went to this restaurant with my wife and another family with their kid who is just 1.5 yrs old (kid was just sitting in the baby seat) , after the dinner we got a bill for 87$, i paid the amount from my credit card. Two days later when i checked the credit card statement in online i see they charged 102$ , i called the Ruchi restaurant and inquired about the additional cost that has been charged then they told 15 or 18% gratuity will be automatically added if there are six or more person dinning in , but i told we just 4 people dinned in , restaurant manager agreed to that but he said he cant give the money back and he asked me how much amount i can pay as a tip and i was forced to have the money from me. Finally the argument started and the way i have been treated is not at all good. Giving the tip is not an issue for me , but the way the manager spoke is not good . And i called my Credit card company and explained the situation , and marked 15$ as dispute whichever additional cost they charged.

One of d worst restaurants at miami I feel...Not worth fr d money..their goat curry was smelly and goat not cooked properly..malabari shrimp curry was also bad even chicken 65 was bad overall the quality of food was too poor..they charge $19 for a buffet which is utter waste for the items they serve food was not hot too..We were a group of people and when they billed they themselves took $28 as tips which is highly ridiculous...When we asked d guy ter he started making faces and when v left he said thanks for leaving..Im wondering wther tes people really wanted people to visit ter hotel r nit..when my husband went and yelled at them fr saying so ter owner was least bothered he never apologised..it seems kids made ter place messy so d sever said so..Ahh never heard so frm any restaurants sucha worst customer service..they dont treat us well..infact m bill was $100 plus bt they dint treat us in polite way... So just want to post a review to save others from spending sucha huge sum of $19 for a buffet for sucha worthless quality of food...and also fr d way they treat us.. Been to many other indian restaurants in miami bt never had sucha terrible experience..

DISASTER. Nasty! Ive been there about six months ago and I suggested we go there again on my friends marriage anniversary. Turned out to be a nightmare. Tasteless food and nasty answers when asked. Restaurant floor manager would take nothing against his efff-ed up plates, in fact explain that this is how it is done implying every restaurant around the world and every housewife is doing wrong. I guess no skills required to open an Indian restaurant, chef. Just be a person who can relentlessly argue - baseless and senseless to be a floor manager. Ohhh he mentioned they have customers from years and their clientele is diverse I assume only chef would have not been the same or maybe he was the chef!!! Im an Indian, average cook, enthusiast foodie but not fussy at all and avid traveler. I had Indian food in 15 different US states, no other place beats this one. Well this becomes the only place - I took time and submit review. Now I hope google does not sensor this or they dont find a way to get away! God bless America.

The cuisine and Chef here have a South Indian bias to the North Indian food. Then on and Malai kofta although completely different from what you would normally expect in a note Indian restaurant are both flavorful and tasty. The Malai kofta has a hint of sweetness every time you bite into the dispersed caramelized onions. The naan was not your typical in looks and flavor it split beautifully into layers and was crunchy on both sides. It was thin and had a good taste. If youre coming to expect the food to hit certain spots in your emotion then this is not the place. That being said the food that I ate was very satisfying and I enjoyed it. Most Indians if theyre comfortable with a little bit of spice should go for three peppers which is still much lower than the fire sauce at Taco Bell. I docked a star because the food is not truly North Indian by the chef and the servers dont box your food for you and instead just drop empty boxes even when theyre standing around.

This restaurant was opened a few months back and I had a chance to go there recently and found the restaurant is full on a Saturday night. The food we ordered was Gobi Manchurian, Bullet Naan, Malai kofta & Chicken Biriyani & our choice was spicy. The food was Good & Juicy. Remember you get "NO GRAVY"for any Birayani for the price you pay ($17 to $23). That to me, is "RIP OFF". The turnaround time was pretty descent 15 to 20 minutes from the time of order. Good Ambiance and there is a person who meets the customer asking for everything is okay. The staff was pretty quick. In my mind the downside was the price, could have been lesser by $2 for every entree item on the menu. I am sure you may have more customers if you reduce the price and could compensate the pricing aspect. The number of TVs were less, adding some more could help reduce divert noise conversations in a small place and can bring in some sports loving crowd. Overall okay.
