I occasionally visit this particular Panera location and usually, the restaurant is very clean and the food is excellent... However, this experience was NOT good! I am highly disappointed. The entire restaurant had food on the floor, everywhere... The bathroom was disgusting... And the food was just missing flavor! I have NEVER been served french onion soup with parmesan sprinkled on top! Who does that!? (lol) It has ALWAYS been provolone....and I actually remember the last time I was at this location, I ordered the same soup and it had provolone! It was just disappointing -- it just would have been nice to have been told BEFORE paying for the soup and waiting for it that it would not have been made that way, so that I could have had the option to look at the menu for something else. On top of THAT, I ordered a half of a sandwich and it was so so bad.... I ended up scraping off the food that was on it so that I wouldnt break my teeth from how hard the bread was! I know that most of their bread is already pretty hard bread as it is, but, this was just ridiculous... Wasnt even worth going back up to wait for... I was on a "time crunch" and just wanted to grab lunch and go... Other than that, the cashiers were very friendly... sooo, thats why I gave THEM 3 stars.... however, I have definitely had better service at this location before, including food, sooo... I just had to leave my review.... Hopefully something will change here! I REALLY wanted french onion soup that day! (lol)

I usually come here on Fridays with my friends. Usually service is really slow, which is a problem because were in a hurry to get to school on some days. They also think mornings when people are in a hurry is the best time to train new employees, which is why its so slow. Often times my friends have to go remind the employees what they got because they forget when all they have to do is take it off the display. Staff is really friendly though and its a really clean place.

Always dirty when I this location; tables not wiped down, dirty dishes everywhere, soda machines a mess. This location is also not well laid out for the amount of traffic it has. Walking in to here can be blocked by people online, parking is horrible at times. I hope someone in Management steps up to save this place because people are talking about it and not in a positive way.

The food is decent. The restaurant is clean. Dinner seems to always be busy so it can be a little loud or chaotic but thats fine with me. They did run out of bread the last time I visited which is a little weird for a bread place but they quickly fixed me up with a suitable alternative. All in all this place is fine to good but nothing amazing.

Have had a few bad experiences at this Panera Bread. Found a piece of blue plastic at the bottom of my soup bowl and found that my salad had missing Chicken when ordering Thai Chicken. Also found a dried piece of Apple at the bottom of my salad when I never ordered anything with Apples! Customer service is fair!!

I love Panera. However this location requires its own employees to bus the table. This leaves many tables unattended and unable to be used if it is busy. Its not to much to clear my own dishes and put them in a bin, I honestly feel bad for the employees here as many customers are insanely messy.

This Panera struggles to maintain any kind of order. Messy, runs out of food constantly, excessively busy, not super clean. Lots of traffic through here but every time Ive stopped here, its a mediocre experience. I want to like Panera but Im not inclined to stop at this location.

The food is really good every time I order from you guys and the manager was so nice. They forgot my bread bowl and I called and told them they brought it very fast and even gave me and my son 2 free cookies thanks for the good service! Will definitely order again and recommend

We have ordered online for rapid pickup multiple times and each time, something had been wrong! This latest is the most ridiculous. We ordered a small mac and cheese and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. We got broccoli cheddar soup instead! Unbelievable!

I really enjoy the good quality food served fairly quick! I like the environment and cleanliness too. I appreciate the servers bringing the order to the table too. This gives you time to wash your hands before you eat. Great job Panera!

Great location. Amazing staff. Parking can be a bit of a headache for both incoming and outgoing, but that is forgotten instantly inside with the friendliness of the workers.

Get there early to have coffee and a bagel, read, coversation and relax. If your lucky they will not have the music too load so you can think and talk with others.
