My god. If they could NOT get my order wrong just once, I would be so grateful. My order is always simple, there are no substitutions or even many toppings on my pizzas, but they always seem to forget something or make something completely wrong. On top of that, it would be awesome if their staff didnt come off like a bunch of incompetent turds. They dont even know the proper way to talk to their customers. Where is the professionalism? And no, youre not supposed to check your damn phone while youre supposed to be taking my payment. Sadly, most of the managers are just as unprofessional. As angry as I can get, I am always very polite when I call back to let them know something is wrong. But the managers I always seem to speak to are filled with "like"s, and "uhhhh"s; and cant seem to find "Im sorry" in their vocabulary. Sad excuse for customer service. Stop hiring primadonnas and stoners. There are a lot of other people out there looking for jobs that would do a lot better.

My son gets the reading coupons for school for a free personal size pizza and on multiple occasions this pizza hut location has been out of the personal size pizza crust and each time there has been a tall women with brown hair (shes a manager) that has been more then willing to substitute the personal pizza crust for a small crust. This evening my son recieved another coupon and again this location was out of the personal size crust, but this time I spoke with MAYNARD (also a manager) and he was completely unwilling to substitute. I tried to compromise with him asking if he could cut the small dough into a person size, he refused, I also asked why the lady could substitute, but he wouldnt, he told me "he does not do that". Idc if I had a free coupon or not, he still gave me bad customer service. MAYNARD is a joke and needs to be fired for bad service.

This place is a wonderful example of TERRIBLE customer service. Took 15mins to bring drinks to my table. Once the food arrives it is uncooked and cold, just the way everyone loves pizza!! Our waiter Benny must be brand new in the restaurant business, he looked like a deer in head lights and his customer service would rival the foreigners from Comcast or Att. He brings separate bills to the table (the other guy is already in the car waiting it was so bad) and I ask Benny to combine the check and put it on my card. After 10mins I go over to the counter and see whats going on (we are on lunch break), he sees me realizes he forgot to run my card. He brings me 2 receipts and I ask him why he ran my card twice, as expected he was clueless. The senior waitress saw my frustration and ran away. Just a horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Absolutely poor management. From Crystal being the manager and having no I attequete to talk to the customer since my order that I had put online was completely messed up. When I call to report it she said that the order was made right telling me that I was lying. To top it all, she did not let me finish my sentence and kept cutting me off while I was talking. Im extremely disappointed with their management and I had asked to speak with her supervisor and by the time I told her that she parked the phone on me. I am a business owner and would not have tolerated any employees behavior to the customer like this.

I have been here a few times and while they are slower they usually are nice. Today I went there and was standing at the front to be seated and no one was there. I yelled hello and stood there for 5 minutes waiting. I finally decided to call the store while I was standing there. No answer I saw the phone ring and no one answered it and I was put on hold. Dont go here if you want fast service. I had to walk out and go elsewhere after losing 10 minutes of my lunch hour.

I want to know who is he owner of this franchise so I can personally tell them how awful my food was, and how atrocious the management was to me in trying to resolve my problem. The food was raw, ERIN was rude 3/5 phone calls I had to place inquiring about a refund, and the district manager still hasnt contacted me. I vow to never waste money at his establishment again, and this is information the owner should have when she/he decided to staff in the future.

Ordered a few times from this place in the last month or so and there is always something missing or off. Just called to tell them of the quality of some of there stuff we have ordered and they told us off. Well that is crap customer service. You wanna keep customers you listen to them not argue. Will not order from you again you have lost our service. Lol told us if we dont like something dont order it!! Unprofessional at its best!!

Wasnt satisfying to begin with so we put it away. Normally cold pizza is good right? I tried this cold and it shattered in my mouth. Heated it up... still shattered as a hard crust. Not sure how you mess up that bad being a main pizza place???? Only three full pieces eaten out of a large pizza. Two stars because the staff and service was pleasant

we are Long Haul truck drivers and were stuck in the Lowes parking lot out of hours we called Pizza Hut and explained we ordered and they delivered within 20 mins and even supplied plates cups and napkins and the delivery guy was very polite and kind thank you for a lovely experience and we will be back again if we get stuck

We ordered a pizza with the pretzel crust. They made us the wrong order and we called them back 3 times and they have not answered. Super frustrating and untimely. I would recommend going to a different place. When we came in to get the pizza were waited 5 min before anyone even helped us. They were not even busy!

I love the pizza BUT, YESTERDAY we ordered take out and they have gotten REAL SKIMPY ON THEIR TOPPINGS! I ORDERED a meat lovers and it looked like a cheese pizza, now thats what will put them out business. This was the THIRD time this has happened to us too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to me during my grandchildrens birthday party that I had there. The twins were happy because of this, and I didnt have to do it by myself. Im very grateful for this team. Thank you so very much!!

Had a delivery order of pasta they bring no silverware mind you knowing that Im at a hotel. Called to get plates and napkins from them they said they dont have non. Manager act like it was my fault . Never order from them again

They wont deliver to my residence, which is 1.9 miles away. Instead they referred me to another store over 5 miles away. Manager WONT budge. So a bad review. Customer in this case should be right.
