Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. I asked for a chicken sandwich and watched the employee call back a turkey sandwich. After correcting her, I ordered red potatoes to go with them. They looked burned and nothing like what I was used to so I asked her if they changed them and she explianed they were made in the rotisserie now. At this point my mom and I were both dissapointed with the knowledge and attitude of the employee. Our food tasted fine, but for what we ordered, i wish we had been informed about the 2 for $20 promo. We spent $20 and didnt get the 2 sides and 2 desserts we should have.

Went into this location on granada it was the most discusting place ..on May 29 at 459pm..all of the tables had food from prior customers..all of the tables except two..there werent that many people..I was reluctant in buying..the heated glass food enclosure had food under over everywhere around the food containers..OMG what a health hazard place will not return..ever!!

Who runs out of chicken an hour before you closing, and its the main feature of the menu. Then theres a 30 - 40 minute wait on chicken... Ugh! Really... Its like their in such a hurry to clean up the close....

I dont have a Boston Market near me and was happy to see they were open till 10pm according to the internet. Got there at a quarter till 10 and found they closed at 9:30. Fail

Place was clean. Food was marginal. Ordered a pulled bbq chicken sandwich. Got it still somewhat cold cheese not even close to melted. Mac & cheese was tolerable at best.
