This PLACE SUCKS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE FOOD THEY SERVE IS ALWAYS TASTELESS, DRY, STALE, AND HARD. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE THE REASON THEY BRING FOOD TO THEIR HOMES. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES & NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT INTO THAT KFC EVER ! This place is nothing more than hoodrat x-criminals working there. They dont greet you. Theyll see you walk in and just continue on as if you werent even there. They dont even ask if they can take your order, just expect you to know. They are always out of what you want because they eat it all. Hope this place goes out of business. Sorry ass restaurant

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have never had such horrific service. Not only have I waited twice over 10 minutes at the drive through with no answer to where I gave up and went somewhere else; but also in store over 20 minutes without even a simple acknowledgment that I existed. Three strikes and your out!

We have 2 ten dollar KFC gift cards that they will not honor. We made 4 calls to the main office number and they say "someone will call you back" No one has called back. One letter to the main office also brings no response. The Orange City store will give no explanation. A 20 dollar KFC rip off.

Worst Service ever! Went to eat at this restaurant the service was slow which made no sense because they were not busy and you can hear employees laughs coming from the back. On top of the service being bad the chicken was dry, and the biscuit was hard. Diffidently needs better management!!!!!

Ordered there last night and wished I wouldnt had...Never again! Wish I was able to contact the GM for this location!!! I called location only to get the mgr. that wouldnt give me his "boss lady" number as he stated "My "BOSS LADY" is very busy I cant give you that number.

Service was dry, I asked that my food not be cold and was told to pull up and they would bring it out.... probably to keep drive thru times down...... the food was hot but it had obviously been double fried. It was nothing like the KFC that I know. Will not go back.

Worst service ever went and waited 20 mins in drive thru before getting my order taken then they take my order wait 8 more minutes for them to tell me I had to wait 18 mins for crispy chicken while shrugging shoulders like they didnt care.....worst service ever!!!
